I fiddled with my thumbs as I waited for their plane to land. Conner and I had been waiting for over an hour now and I was beginning to become impatient. Zoe had texted me at Heathrow, telling us their flight had been delayed but she didn't know by how much. Ever since then we hadn't heard anything of them.

Conner's phone pinged and I  rushed over to sit my his side. It was Alfie.

A: Just coming in to land. Sorry about the delays. :(

C: Don't worry about it. Me and Tyler are waiting for you lot.

I looked out over the runway and sure enough I could see the lights of a plane in the distance. I jumped up, excited now, and I could hear Conner trying to suppress a laugh. I looked down and glared at him, half-playfully but my head snapped back as you could now here the slight rumble of the plane landing.

I rushed to the big glass window like a little child and saw the plane coming to a halt. Conner came to join me and put an arm around my shoulders, leading me away. I huffed but let him lead me away. It wasn't right for me to get so excited over them. They were just friends.

After a painstakingly long 10 minutes people finally began flooding into the baggage claims. Me and Conner moved to the place we agreed to meet them all and after another 5 minutes standing there looking hopefully at everyone coming in I heard a scream.

"TYYLLLEEERRR"

I looked around and saw Zoe running towards me, Alfie behind carrying both his and Zoe's hand luggage. I laughed at that and as Conner walked over to him to take one of the bags, Zoe threw herself into my outstretched arms and wrapped hers around my back. I had forgot how comforting she felt, her small arms shielding me from anything that would hurt.

I dug my head into her shoulder and just held her tightly.

I looked up and saw Alfie grinning at her and I let go of her. I walked up to Alfie and wrapped my arms around him but didn't stay in his arms for as long.

"So, guys, wheres the others" Conner asked, breaking the silence.

"They was right behind us but they must have stopped for something, they should be here soon." Zoe replied excitedly.

This trip was sure going to be fun.

The others came just as the luggage started to come down onto the conveyor. We quickly embraced before going and grabbing their bags. I looked around and noticed some one was missing.

I turned to Zoe and asked her

"Where's Marcus?"

Zoe looked around for a second, looking confused but then a large grin light up on her face.

"What? What's up?" I asked her, almost nervously.

"Oh nothing, nothing. I'm sure he'll be here soon"

I looked back at her but brushed it of. This trip was defiantly going to be fun.
