Once Yashiro and Kou left the sick bay so that Y/n and Hanako could talk, he took a deep breath and braced himself for what was coming next.

"Y-y/n, i l-like you...!"

Hanako said as he closed his eyes awaiting Y/n's response. She pursed her lips as she tried to think of how to reject him politely. He stared at the quiet girl and a frown appeared on his face.

"D-do you not like me? A-am i too ugly?"

Hanako asked, hurt. He took the cup of water on the table side and drank it. He stared into it, wondering what her response was going to be. Y/n waved her hands in front of the boy and nervously laughed. She sighed and held his hands,

"I'm gay for Yashiro dude."

Hanako spit out his water and started choking. He wiped his mouth and stared straight into Y/n's soul with his jaw dropped to the floor. He was, of course shocked but he didn't think she'd like daikon leg. He cupped his cheeks and made an "O" shape with his mouth before smiling. He was deeply hurt but after all, he still wanted to support his crush.

"W-wooow, go get that girl."

Hanako encouraged and kicked Y/n out of bed. He pushed her towards the door. She knocked on the door to get a response from Yashiro on the other side, no response. She then pushed it open and accidentally bumped into a young girl. Yup, it was Yashiro. Kou was no where to be seen though. The two rubbed their heads and giggled. Y/n helped Yashiro up and stood there awkwardly.

"U-uhm Nene i need to tell you something..."

Y/n said. Yashiro looked at the shy girl and titled her head.

"What is it?"

Yashiro asked. Y/n built up her courage and confessed her feelings towards Yashiro.

"I like you!"

Those three words repeated in Yashiro's head and the two blushed intensely. Y/n fiddled with her fingers, embarrassed since Yashiro was yet to reply. She covered her face and thought,

'i'm totally going to be rejected man, geez-'

"I-I like you too!"

Yashiro exclaimed. Y/n removed her hands from her face and her face immediately lit up. She tightly hugged Yashiro and closed her eyes. After a while, she broke the hug and placed a kiss on Yashiro's forehead which made her blush. 

"Baka why didn't you say so earlier?"

Y/n asked and flicked poor Yashiro's head. The two chuckled. During that happy moment, Kou appeared from around the corner and had a wide proud smirk on his face. He looked at the two lovebirds and started fanboying. 

"HA I SHIPPED YALL SINCE THE BEGINNING-"

Kou shouted but got bonked in the head by Hanako. All of us laughed at Kou as he fake cried. 

Apparently, Kou had been watching the two from the corner ever since he came back from his urgent meeting with the bathroom, we don't talk about it.

Anyway, Hanako dragged Kou away from the two so that they could spend some time together. Y/n brought out her hand, motioning for Yashiro to hold it since she was too afraid to ask. She took the hint and held hands. They both looked opposite directions, they were a blushing mess.

"I-i love you Y/n..."

Yashiro said softly. Y/n tighten the grip and smiled.

"I love you too"

"Yashiro"
