Beach Party

Nora POV
I was enjoying time at Noahs beach party, playing volleyball against Chris and his team

Noah and me haven't talked but doesn't mean I'm not going to one of his parties

Chris and me are going out now but we're taking things slow, one step at a time

"Nora, head in the game please!" Yells one of my team mates

I snap out of my thoughts and nod, smiling towards Chris before I served the ball, earning us the game match point

I cheer as my team engulfs me in a team hug. Chris rolls his eyes playfully as he walks over to me

"I might not be able to beat you in football but I knew you couldn't beat me at my own game" I say with a smirk

"But there is many more things I can beat you in" he whispered as he wraps his arms around my waist

I giggle as I wrap my arms around his neck "maybe you can, maybe you can't" I say as I bring him down for a quick kiss

"Hey wanna head over with the others?" He asked, looking over to the guys sliding down, laughing

I look at Elle and smile, sure I'm mad but I can't be mad if they love each other even if it means I'm the one that ends up hurt. Plus its not like she made a promise to me like Noah

"Sure, why the hell not?" I say

He enterwines my hand in his as we run over with the other, laughing our asses off

"Hey Nora Dora!" Cheered Tuppy, as we walk over to them

"So who's winning?" I asked, watching everyone slide down and drink as fast as they can before flipping their cups over

"So far we are" Alex replied with a grin

"Ok, I'm next!" I cheer as I line up with a guy from the other team "watch his babe" I say, sending a wink towards Chris

I quickly slide down as Tuppy and Alex squeal like high school girls

"You guys are going out!?" Squealed Tuppy

I reach the end, leaving Chris to deal with my two bros. I quickly gulp down my drink before successful flipping my cup over on the first try

"Woo!" I cheer as I jump into Chris arms, who was already down here

"That's my girl" he cheered as he gives me a sweet kiss

My gaze meet Noahs, as he stares at me in Chris arms. I give him a hearty smile before looking over at Elle.

|Fast Forward|

I was standing around the football team as they lift Tuppy upside down, as he chugs the beer while everyone cheers

Tuppy finished and we all cheer for my bud, laughing

"She said no, Warren!" Yelled out a angry Noah causing us all to turn and stare

"Alright, I'm fine, its ok, can you just take me home please?" Said Elle as she was holding Noah back

Warren laughs and awed, motioning towards the two with his finger, making Noah walk closer to him clearly pissed as Elle tries to calm him down

Finally Noah and Elle walk away until this idiot decided to speak up, making Noah stop in his tracks

"Hey, come on man, its all good" Warren called out "I guess I'd also be pretty pissed if I was slumming it with my little brothers sloppy seconds" Warren added

Warren turns around to the football team laugh at his stupid act, except Chris and me who glare at him in disgust

Quickly Noah body slams Warren to the ground, I gasp in suprise as Warren groans in pain

Everyone stares at Noah like he was a monster, he didn't seem to care as he stared everywhere trying to find that one special person....Elle

He quickly runs towards her and I was about to chase after him until Chris held me back

"Hey its ok, Elle can handle him" he whispered

I watch Noah run after Elle, tear threatening to spring out. I knew they liked each other but a part of me hoped it wasn't true but now watching Noah chase after her I knew it was true and it really hurted to witness it

"Yea, you're right" I shakily whisper as Chris wraps an arm around my neck, bringing me closer to him

|Time Skip|

It was the next moring as I drive up towards the Flynns house

I take a deep breath as I knock on the door, waiting for someone to answer

"Oh hi Nora!" Said Mrs. Flynn

"Hi, I um....is Noah here?" I ask

"Actually he didn't come back last night, he said he's at a friends" she stated

I nod my head 'that lier' I thought. I shake my thoughts away as I smile at Mrs. Flynn

"Well, I just needed to return somethings to him and have a talk but I'll come back later" I say, handing her the box filled with Noahs things, even our pictures

"Oh ok, I'll let him know to text or call you later" she said, taking the box

I shake my head and smile "no thats fine, I'll make sure to tell him" I say as I walk away with a final wave goodbye, walking toward my car and speeding off
