Blood splattered on the ground and the walls, painting the dark room in thick red liquid. Cried of pain could be heard the older male looking down at his two children a girl and a boy red painted against the boys fairly tanned skin, his green eyes trying to stay open. Kai looks upat his sister watching her cry as she begs and pleads for her brother to not leave her
All he could do was smile and lift his hand to cup her cheeks and wipe off her tears.
"I love olivia... always and forever don't you ever forget that okay?" His voice was hoarse his throat was sore and dry and his breathing was weak
"If I don't make it, take care of aurelia for me okay you are strong enough I know you can manage to rule the kingdom and take care of the people"
Her turquoise eyes widened with horror " you are NOT going to die! I won't let you! No no NO! I CANT LET YOU" more tears streamed her face reaching her chin and dripping off in droplets, his smile was still on his face his eyes filled with tears of his own "promise me you'll take care of aurelia...please."
She nodded and repeated his words "i promise I promise I'll take care of aurelia please please don't die on me kai you're all I have" her breathing was becoming heavy as she watched her brother's eyes close
"Kai, kai Kai dont you dare die on me!!" She screamed tear after tear running down her face.
"Promise me dear sister"
"Promise me"
It was hard to cope with life, knowing that her once cheerful brother the Prince of aurelia had died he was gone he was never coming back. She just wished it never happened she wished it could have been her instead.

with an umbrella in his hand, an emotionless expression laid on his face it was hard to cope with the fact that the cheery Prince of aurelia is gone, he knew what had happened that night and knew this was going to happen still meeting the new ruler would be be hard and challenging to him he had met the girl a few times but he never knew her like Kai. He wondered if he will get to know like he knew Kai he lnew she would be hard to talk to and will be hard for her to open up and express her feelings after everytbing she has been through after all she the kings second born and was going to be a princess no matter what he accepted it and he knew he would work for her too but the thing is he didn't know how she would act.
Seeing the fair woman across from him wearing her black rain coat with her down looking as if she's trying to fight her tears. He approached her and cleared his throat letting her know that he was around. "Excuse me my lady are you ready to go?" Staring down at her. She nodded but was very hesitant and started walking beside him in the rain with the umbrella both above their heads.
"You have 4 weeks to get yourself settled in my lady after those 4 weeks you will have to inform the kingdom that you are now the ruler of aurelia is that clear? Or would you like to extend the time?" Straight ahead was the large castle that came to view but was slightly far away "lessen the time to one day" shocked he stopped walking making her stop. He looked down at her "lessen the time? Mlady are you sure?" He asked unsure as to why she would want to lessen the time she needs to settle in the castle before sharing the news with everyone in the castle "I know that you are shocked to hear this luke but I would like to lessen the time to one day" " if the people of aurelia don't see my brother around they'll start to get suspicious and start demanding for answers and they won't stop until they get it so it's best if I let them know sooner" olivia explained
She did have a point, the people woold get suspicious if they don't see Kai around since he loved to go around the town and greet his subjects that's what the people loved about him was that he was different from all the other royals
"alright my lady as you wish"

*olivias pov*
In the throne room currently waiting for the guest to arrive I kept a serious look on my face luke was right beside me in his normal position I don't know times I have to say this but I'm thankful that I have him by my side but that's not the issue right now. I have been waiting for the guest to arrive and I don't know how long I can wait till they arrive and I'm not.going to lie but I am pretty nervous I asked luke a billion times as to how long until their arrival. I looked at the floot trying to think of something to keep me entertained and distracted but nothing came across my mind my patience was running thin actualy no it ran out the minute I stepped foot into this room
A white light followed by smoke suddenly appeared in the toom and from that a person stepped it was the person that I have been waiting for all day. She has light skin dark hair and wore an outfit that revealed a of skin she made think that she was an actual angel or a witch with great powers who knows what she could be she could be anything but i wouldn't know since i just found out that other realms exist so anything could be possible she could be a dsrk fairy that is out to destroy us for goodness sakes but i shouldn't go there
There's a reason why my brother trusted this woman why they were close he couldn't just trust her if she was dangerous. Maybe I shouldn't judge her by the way she looks after all you know what they say never judge a book by it's cover.
Luke stepped forward, greeting the female. "Hello hermoine long time no see" he and the woman named hermoine talked for a little bit then her head turned arounf as if looking for someone and she was bht when she asked the following question my beart slowed fown just by hearing his name.
"Where is Kai?"
