Lilith Rose Salvatore, named after her mother Lily, sister to Damon and Stefan. Lilith always knew she was special. It only came to the day of her death she really knew how special she was.

Lilith Rose was one of the brightest souls you'd ever meet. Her mischievous and child-like nature always seemed to put a smile on everyone's faces. She was the purest person you'd ever meet. She is friends with everyone, good or bad. She loved and cared for everyone, and everyone loved and cared for her.
The only person that didn't care for her was her father. Even after all the times her brother, Damon, took a beating for her. There are times even he could not step in. Her father hated her unladylike attitude that would drive suitors away, despite her angelic appearance. Out of her and her brothers, she got in trouble the most.
Her tendencies to often rip her dresses running throughout the woods, playing in dirt, being loud, or never being able to keep her mouth shut when talking to a man. "Like a lady should" her father would often scold and beat her.
But even though trouble often found her, she would always hid from it. She would always hide in the trees of the forest behind their house. She never knew why but nature calmed her. It soothed her to lay in the pouring rain even if lightning struck. She would never be scared of a bear or wolf passing by. She would often pet the deer and squirrels she would find while hiding.
Lilith Rose was currently laying on a tree branch reading her favorite book "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen. Her father never aloud her to read. But knowing Lilith Rose, she would always find a way.
She was hoping her brothers or Katherine wouldn't find her like usual. She wanted to be alone after another disappointing suitor. He was talking low of her friend, William, unfortunately he happened to be her father's slave. He called him a horrible word. That's when she snapped and called him a 'little bitch'. she hoping her brothers wouldn't find her, but she knew they would.
"Lilith!" Stefan screamed out. "Little Rose?" Damon said. "Rosey!" Katherine continued. Lilith Rose sighed knowing they'd find her eventually she jumped down from her tree, landing perfectly on her feet.
Katherine screamed as she jumped down. "There you are!" Damon said as he rushed to hug her. Katherine gave the girl a sympathetic look. She looked down and her dress was ripped and covered in dirt and leaves. Lilith sighed knowing her mother would have to wash and sew it herself.
"What happened with Thomas, that you would want to hide in the woods again?" Katherine asked. I sighed thinking back to the situation.

I was sitting there as quietly as I could be for my father. I was wearing a baby blue and white gown with a blue choker and long white gloves, my hair put up nicely and 'ladylike'. I was sitting with the Smith family along with my father. Thomas Smith was the best suitor we could find after rumors of my 'unladylike' grammar.
I could immediately tell what type of person Thomas was from this dinner. The scowl on his face, to the way his hair was done. He was the type of guy that thinks he's better than anyone, even if he is below the snail in the backyard in a social spectrum.
My best friend, William, and his family came in to serve us dinner. I always hated the idea of slaves and William knew this. He didn't want me to try and help them escape to save me from my drunken father. But that didn't stop me from thinking of all the possibilities of helping them escape. Just because my life is in danger everyday doesn't mean I should refrain from helping someone else's.
William was always clumsy, which always upset father. So you can imagine what happens when William stumbles over carpet and spills our meal all over Thomas. The Smiths family gasp. As my father got up and took William by the shirt. I shut my eyes as William has suggested earlier when my father had spoke instead. "You are lucky we have guest over, I will deal with you later"
Thomas scoffed. And there, that's when he said that horrid word. I had opened my eyes to see tears running down my his face as he mumbled an apology. As he was about to leave, I stood. Everyone's eyes on me.
"No.. he shouldn't have to apologize to you. Also for the record, I would never date a little bitch like you, Thomas." I said, my voice trembled with venom as I mentioned him. The Smiths gasp at my language that I spoke with to their son. I walked up to Thomas as I took of one of my gloves. Once I reached up to him face to face, I slapped him full on.
He looked at me with anger but before he could do anything, I walked past him and hugged William. After that, I walked out of the dining room and ran to the woods, book in hand. As I reached the woods, I released my hair from the horrid updo and ran to the river where my favorite tree to climb was.

Katherine sighed and hug Lilith. Lilith felt sighed enjoying the hug while it lasted. What people didn't know is that Lilith was hiding a secret from her father. She loved both guys and girls.. and had a major crush on Katherine Pierce.
