So yeah, if you have any questions about lifeguarding as a whole, ask away! Any personal questions such as my training, opinions, preferences, advice etc. can be asked as well.

Send your questions through my inbox or in previous journal entries - don't ask them in this comment section. Questions will be collected and answered here. For inbox questions you can choose to be anonymous or not, just add a note.

@MelancholyMallow: By providing warmth(to cramps), what do you mean exactly other than toast in the sun? Especially if it's a rainy day?

The main objective of providing warmth is to increase circulation and relax your muscles, so just think of any way to provide warmth to the area. If you can't, then the positions apply.

Other random facts and stuff:

* The background shown on day one is the actual photo of the place where we go training. The rest are just swimming pool wallpapers I found online.

* This is my lifeguard clothing and equipment.

Whenever I'm on the train, everyone throw looks at me from everywhere. I also have a tan on my face and hands, which draws even more attention to me everywhere I go.

The foundation swimming cap isn't in the photo, I'll just tell you it's white with the foundation symbol on it and leave the rest for your imagination

* I'm not happy with the cover, but I spent half an hour on that.
