With All Might forced into retirement, villains began coming out of the woodwork. It started in Musutafu but word around the world traveled fast and soon villains everywhere were bolder and bolder with their crime.
Robberies, assaults, arson, rape, murder. The state of the world dipped into chaos when the symbol of peace was broken.
Until she came.

Most heroes were known, even when they weren't in costume fighting crime. Not only did their quirks make their appearance so obvious, most heres relied on publicity to get the big jobs. But not her— no one knew who she was. She didn't even have a hero name. One day she just showed up, and since then she could be spotted all over the world stopping crime.
So, people called her by different names. Angel, Starlight, Sol... most referred to her just simply as the Goddess. When she showed up, people could rest easy. Villains began getting scared again. When her wings spread through the clouds and her golden halo sparkled, everything was going to be alright.
Whoever she was— after the symbol of peace was destroyed, a mystery hero with incomprehensible power was just what humanity needed.
