Atira covers her mouth with her hands. She's sitting at a chair with wheels on it, so the force of surprisement led her to the right side of the frame.
Staring at the two figures with wide eyes, she turned her head back to face the producer then to the two. Eyeing them closely.
She felt goosebumps lingering through her modern skin tone.
It's like looking at a mirror, divided by two.
The two also have a shocking expression on their faces. Unable to process the situation.
The whole room is at complete silence. No one dared to interrupt at the sudden interraction of the three.
"I'm so glad this is not live. I am speechless right now." Mitch chuckles, interrupting the whole momentum of silence.
At this moment, Atira blinked more than once, mouthing the phrase 'Oh My God' before standing up giving Mitch and Kirstin a hug. Exhanging 'hi' and 'hello's'.
Pulling away, Atira's mouth still hung open, eyeing the two. "I am at lost of words right now" she nervously yet softly giggled.
The two openly laughs at the young lady's comment. "Look. We're reunited again." Every single one in the room laughs at the instant mention of sarcasm by Kirstie.
Kirstie went to the other side, placing her arm behind Atira's back. Mitch did the same on the other side while the young lady placed her's behind their backs
They posed for the camera, hearing a few gasps inside the room because of the combined features.
They cackled at their reactions.
"Alright. You guys can sit down now."
The producer requested as the chair from earlier was replaced by a bench that can fit three people. They sat down, having Atira in the middle.
"This is surreal." She shakes her head while letting out a chuckle. She's a bit tensed up.
Mitch rubs her back for her to calm down. "Relax, honey."
Atira looks at him and smiled. "Aw, thanks Queen."
Mitch eyes are wide open at the sight of her smile, he puts his hand on his chest, leaning towards to the side. "Oh God. Kirst! She looks just like you!"
Everyone bursts out laughing. Atira went to look at Kirstie with her mouth covered with her hands, furrowing her eyebrows.
Kirstie suddenly let out a yell of surprise. "Mitch! She looks just like you!"
Every single person in the studio is now loudly laughing at the reactions.
Atira pouted, looking at the producer. "I'm offended. Ya'll need some explaining to do ... Mom and Dad."
The statement triggers the two more, bursting out a shrieking sound. Atira giggled, syncing in to their laughs.
She let out an 'I'm kidding' phrase over and over again, motioning her hands into an 'x'.
They let themselves calm down for the interview to continue, having small casual talks. They received some water because of their never ending, lauging session earlier.
"So Atira Crystal, this is Mitch Grassi and Kirstin Maldonado. The members of the former acapella group, Pentatonix. Also, your 'long lost parents', as the internet says"
The three laughed at the statement, sharing some certain looks.
Atira looked down before stating her response. "I am so overwhelmed at how real this is at this moment. I'm really glad and honored to be in this case scenario. I just hope you guys are not that bothered" she said while placing her hands on the arms of the two.
Mitch gently grabs her hand and held it underneath the table. He gently massages the back of her hand with his thumb.
Kirstie mirrored the act that Mitch did, noticing the fact that Atira is still tensed up at the scenario.
"No. It's totally fine. Honestly, this is very rare to happen and it's cool to think about it. Although, Me and Kirstie are still a little creeped out at first when ... this situation famed up but it's still a lovely experience." Mitch stated with his treble-y voice.
Atira examines his eyes and grinned widely. "That's great to know."
"We should hang out more. In this short amount of time, I really felt like I know you ever since then. I'm really happy." Kirstie blurted out, staring deeply at the young lady.
"Why not though?" Atira smiled at the two.
She felt something unusual at the touch of their hands in her's. Like she doesn't want to let go of it. She felt safe.
She doesn't know why.
