Chapter 4

Elliot sat on his couch and listening to his friends as they plan how to kill this couple "The most obvious way to kill them is to poison them" Elliot chimed in, Lorenzo looked at Elliot "Sure but where will we get poison from and what kind?" He asked "I can get us some Arsenic" Klaus said as he looked at his friends.

Klaus arrived at his workplace, Klaus passed through the buildings big glass door and once he entered he asked for his parent's whereabouts, the other workers said they were in the lab then he thanked them quickly and went directly to the lab. Klaus knocked on the opened door "Mother, Father may I come in?" Klaus asked as he step one foot inside and his parents motioned him to come in and he did and immediately leaned on the counter and behind him was a cabinet, "So what took you so long for you to get here?" his mom, Margaret, asked, Klaus thought for a second "I was hanging out with my friends" he answered and then his parents paused and looked at him "You have friends?" his dad, Paul, asked and Klaus just nodded and his parents turned to each other then continued their work, Klaus slipped his hand into his bag and took out a tiny bottle and turned to face the cabinet, "So tell us about your friends" Margaret said and Klaus paused.

He looked for bottle labeled Arsenic "Well there is this weird one, he is just a bundle of...craziness" he hesitantly said as he slipped on some rubber gloves and took out a funnel "and there is this girl, I believe she is a foreigner and she seems a bit relatable" he pause as he placed the funnel on to the bottle and grabbed the bottle of Arsenic and poured some on the funnel carefully "then there is this guy...he is pretty muscular and he is nice to me and...my savior" he whispered the last part then he stopped pouring then closed the bottle back to its place and then cleaned up the rest then turned to his parents who were still working, doesn't even bother to look at Klaus "What are their names?" Paul asked while writing down notes on his notebook "Elliot is the weird one, Fumiko the girl obviously and then Lorenzo" he answered as he went to the door "I'll be staying at my friend Elliot for a project" he stated and his parents nodded.

Lorenzo handed uniforms to his friends "Wait, these are the uniforms of the workers in the restaurant, did you steal these?" Fumiko asked as she walked into the bathroom to change while the other waited outside for their turn "No, I work there" Lorenzo said shyly "You do?" Klaus asked and Lorenzo just nodded while looking away then Fumiko got out of the bathroom "That was rather quick" Klaus said "I change quick" Fumiko replied "and you look like a guy" Elliot chimed in then he walked in the bathroom.

"I can't believe we are actually killing them" Elliot muttered as he placed down the dishes to the sink as Fumiko and Klaus prepared the food, Elliot stood beside Klaus as he pulled out the bottle of Arsenic and poured some on Jerry's drinks then Lorenzo walked in the kitchen to get their food and Elliot moved away so Lorenzo stood beside Klaus "How long does the poison start to affect them?" he asked as he placed the dishes into the tray carefully "Well I only had enough for only one person so it's only Jerry and it will take about 30 minutes" Klaus explained "So we have to kill Mrs. Bane separately" Lorenzo said as he picked up the tray "Wait" Klaus muttered and Lorenzo turned to him then Klaus reached out for Lorenzo's bowtie and fixed it "At least look presentable" Klaus mumbled as he blushed lightly, Lorenzo chuckled then walked away with the food.

Lorenzo placed the food on the table "You look familiar" Mrs. Bane said and Lorenzo just looked at her and smiled then walked away then watched from afar while looking at his watch, waiting to start the timer, Jerry reached for his glass of water and drank half of it and Lorenzo set the timer 'He must be very thirsty' he thought as he walked into the kitchen and out the back door and saw his friends already changed clothes and waiting for him "How much Arsenic did you put in the water?" he asked "A lot" Klaus said as he handed Lorenzo his backpack "When will he die?" Elliot said curiously "Depends, it'll take hours maybe even days" Klaus replied as they started to walk out of the alley and started to walk down the sidewalk and after a few minutes of walking the timer went off and they all looked at each other then continued to walk.
