Final Goodbye

Chapter 3

"Flashback"

The three of us sat at the table. I sat next to Grayson because I'm his 'girlfriend'. Who knew Ethan and Grayson could be this funny. He turned to me and smiled and whispered in my ear "Dont worry Ava, as soon as he leaves we'll get you ready to take you home."
I nodded with a sad small smile.

He knows im not lost, I remember him saying so, I dont wamt to go back, I hate that house and I hate my dad. I excused myself from breakfast and grabbed my longboard. I wanted some air.

I started riding along the road when i found an open field. I got off my board and started walking around. So many beautiful flowers lay here. I decided to sit along the flowers and trees and relax for a while.

I decided to go home and as I was walking in the road a car approached me and came closer and closer. I turned around and saw my dad at the wheel coming at full speed. In such a shocked state i felt someone push me off the road and land on me. I startef shaking badly and closed my eyes while tears escaped them.

The person got up and sat next to me, holding me and whispered "Its okay, you're okay"
It was Graysons voice. He then picked me up and carried me to his house.

He sat me down on the counter in the bathroom and got the first aid kit. I had a couple scratch marks on my leg. He came to me and stood by my legs and looked into my eyes saying "This is going to burn" and then put this liquid on a cloth and on my knee. I whimpered as it stung badly, he then stopped and put a plaster on it and kissed it and i smiled at him.

While packing the stuff away he said to himself, "Who would speed like that knowing there's someone in the road?" I couldnt answer that , he then turned to me and he could tell by my facial expression I was hiding something. "Ava? Is it someone you know?"
