Chapter 17

Patton's Pov-
I couldn't take it, I wanted Janus, I missed him. But Logan won't even let me talk to him and there's nothing I can do about it, I thought about ending myself just to stop this, but I kept thinking about who it would affect- Virgil, Thomas, Emile (They're cousins if that wasn't already obvious from last chapter) especially Janus. I couldn't do that to them. What other options were there though? 

I sighed and cuddled my stuffed snake, "Jan, I don't think he even loves me...." I named it Janus for obvious reasons, "Maybe I should talk to someone I trust... that he allows me to talk to..."

I stood up and sunk down to see my cousin, "Hey Em!" He seemed to flinch a bit at my voice but turned around smiling, "Cuzzy! It's been so long!" I smile and nod but then squints and walks closer to me, "Were you crying?" I wipe my face quickly, "Nope, just peachy" He pouts and hugs me, "Tell me, what's wrong cuz?"

I stay in the hug for a while before bursting into tears and hugging him back tightly, "E-Em, I l-love Janus s-so much, but L-Logan won't l-let me talk to h-him!" He tensed for a while before pulling out the hug and looking at me sadly, "I'm so sorry Patton... I know it must hurt.." I nod slowly, "I-I don't mind b-being forced into a r-relationship with Logan a-anymore, just b-being able to talk t-to Janus again w-would be enough."

He sits us both down as I continued crying, "I-I hate Logan s-so much..." Emile looked at me, "Pat, I know he's really mean to you, and I'm pretty sure I don't even know half of what he's done (Oh you have no idea Em) but he's really nice sometimes. He's smart and nice and so-" I cut him off, "Em, do you like Logan?"

"I-"
