Ethans POV
The meeting was a waste of time. The men in the meeting weren't listening to my offer and were very determined on saying what they had to say. I don't like when people try and come into my business and tell me what to do. I basically zone out most of the meeting and think about Skylar. She's so perfect and all I can remember is how her eyes looked when I finished slamming into her and how she got tighter when I called her names. I was zoning out until all of the sudden a woman that looked very familiar walked into my meeting. "Excuse me we're in the middle of a meeting" one of the men says waiting for me to share my bit of the rude women walking in. I go to say something as I see the woman raising her arm I don't know what to do before a sharp pain runs through my body and I hear a loud bang. I look the woman in the eyes...Alex? I question as I feel myself start to fade I see her tackled to the ground by a security guard and a man rushes up to me. "Call 911 immediately!!!" Says one of the men. I look my associate in the eyes seeing fear and concern "please get Skylar...please" "your secretary?" He asks confused "just do what I say and tell my brother and her I love them" I watch as realization hits his eyes but I start to blacken out. Time slowed down and I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to close my eyes but my body was so tired all of the sudden. I didn't know what to do but I open my eyes one more time to see Skylar running up to me. Tears pouring and I see her concern as she grabs my hand.

Skylars POV
"Baby please don't cry" those are the words I hear from Ethans mouth. I heard a bang come from the meeting room and fear strikes my heart. I go to see a woman being arrested and I see a circle of people, but no Ethan. I then hear one of Ethans associates, Landon I think? He calls me over and everyone gets out of my way. Ethan...bloody...slowly blinking in and out. I could see his body running to white and watch as blood pours down him. I come to him grabbing his hand crying taking over the job from Landon to stop his bleeding. "Please Ethan, hold on. You'll be okay you just have to hold on" I tell the men we have to meet the ambulance downstairs and get them to help me roll Ethan to the elevator. Everyone freaking out but I can't care about them right now. Who the hell was that woman?! And why did she shoot Ethan. Ethan than grand into my hand a little tighter and slowly let's go. We get down to the lobby where the ambulance is waiting. And I get in the ambulance with Ethan. I tell Landon to call Grayson and tell him everything. Why god? Why today must you try and take this man? He doesn't deserve this. Please don't let him die I beg. All of the sudden Ethans heart rate drops and they have to revive him. I can't believe this is happening. Everything was fine so life being life, it had to get worse. I need him...I've realized today yes Grayson is amazing but...I need Ethan. He's my everything. I can't lose this man to some stupid bullet. A metal piece so small yet so deadly. I cry not knowing what to do. Ethan is rushed to the hospital and taken into immediate surgery I wait for Grayson just numb. I can't move I can't feel. I can barely breathe. Someone has to save him. Please.

Grays POV
I get a call to change my life. I don't know what to do but to rush to the hospital. It takes me 10 minutes even in this traffic. I can't help but honk and turn on my flashers and do anything I can to try and get to my brother. Where is this all coming from?! He was doing fine. That crazy woman, I knew she wasn't any good. She broke my brothers heart and then wants to blame him for her going crazy? Ethan loves her more than anything. He got the nerve to propose to her just to find out she likes to spread her legs for a lot of people. I swear this woman will be charged with everything. I can't handle this. I finally get to the hospital and see Skylar sitting, waiting. I run up to her and wrap my arms around her. I grab her by the face "are you okay?!" "Skylar answer me what happened?!" She slowly looks up at me and puts her hand to my face cupping my cheek. She then realizes what's going on and she just whispers "I'm so sorry" she starts to cry, tears welling up in her eyes and they pour. "Skylar please tell me my brother is alright" she starts rambling "h-he he was in a- a meeting and a-all of the sudden I hear this this loud bang. I freak and start running to his meeting and he's sitting there bleeding Gray I- I didn't know what to do. He looked so scared and I couldn't believe what was going on I'm so so sorry Gray he's in surgery now they haven't updated me yet it's only been a a few minutes" I grab her and hold onto her fearing what will happen to my brother as she cries into my shoulder. About an hour later a nurse walks up to me "Mr. Dolan?" "That's me" I state " hi we fortunately have your brother stable now and the doctor is trying to repair the hole now. He has lost a lot of blood but you are the same blood type, correct?" "Yes of course we are" "okay great if you don't mind we would like to use some of your blood to help replenish his body. Will you please follow me?" I nod going along with the nurse and grab Skylars hand telling her I'll be right back. She just nods chewing her nails like crazy. I don't know what to do anymore but I have to help my brother.

Skylars POV
Both have left me...Ethan couldn't help it and I know Gray is helping Ethan, but I don't know what to do. These last few months my whole world has been the Dolan twins and now One is dying and one is going to help his dying brother. I love them they mean the world to me. They are all I know in this city. Please, please don't leave me...
