Chapter 8

*Kalani's POV*

When we got to the hotel I immediately went to Nash's room. I don't know why, I just felt like I needed to. 

I knocked on his door and after 2 knocks he opened it

"Hey" he said smiling 

"Hi" i said

"What's wrong?' he said 

was I being that obvious

"What do you mean" I asked 

"well it's just that you seem upset or something" he told me 

"can we talk" I asked

"we talked alot on the way to Magcon"  he laughed

you'd think he'd want to talk to me haha

"i'm just kidding " he told me

we both sat on the bed 

"while we were at Magcon today something happened" i told him

"like what" he asked less upbeat as he was before 

"Taylor asked me out" I said softly 

"well, what did you say" he asked 

"i said yes" i told he him

a tear rolled down his eye but he wiped it quickly 

"nash i'm sorry" i told him

"can you not" he said

"what" i said to him

"today i tell you my true feelings for you and you're just gonna mess with my heart and date someone else! You and Taylor have had so many years where this could've happened but no. you choose this year, you chose today! I bet you did this on purpose. Get out!" he screamed 

"i-i'm sorry" i said 

"i loved you!" he got even louder 

 I was barely out the room and he slammed the door closed

Right when I got in my room I started crying. Mahogany wasn't in the room yet which was good.

its not like im being a baby or anything, I just feel really bad and he yelled really hard and it's just too much. I expected him to get mad but not that mad.

As I stopped crying Mahogany walked in as soon as she walked in she ran over to me

"oh my goodness girl, what happened" she said so concerned

"am I really that obvious" i thought 

"no it's just that your mascara is going crazy" lox said to me 

wow , again, I thought I was done with that

"oh" i said to her 

"so what happened"

"today nash told me that he liked me or loved me and then today taylor asked me out and i told nash so it wouldn't be a suprise and he got really mad" I said talking fast

"wait wait wait..Taylor asked you out...i'm guessing you said yes" she said 

"yeah...I did, that's why Nash is mad" I told her

"oh we-" she began but was interrupted my phone ringing

it was Taylor

"hello" I said

"hey...what's wrong" he said 

am I really that transparent, my goodness

"nothing" i said

"come on, don't lie to me" he said

"its okaay" i said

next thing you know there's a knock on the door and its Taylor, lox answered it

"what happend" he kinda yelled

I ran to the bathroom and wiped off the mascara and came back out 

"nothing see im fine." i said 

"kalani im being so serious" he said

I wasn't trying to be difficult it was just that I didn't want him to get mad too, he does have a temper. I didn't care about him seeing me cry, we've been friends for soo long i couldn't even count how many times he'd seen me cry.

 " when we got here i went to nash's roo-" I said before getting cut off

"wait, nash did this?!"  Taylor said sounding angry

"no...well yeah" I said 

right after that taylor stormed out the room

"taylor wait!" I screamed after him

he of course didn't listen. Taylor banged on the door

"leave please" I heard Tay say to Cam 

and Cam left

*Nash's POV*

It was like 25 min after my argument Kalani, Cam got here and I told him about what had happened. He had no clue I liked Kalani. He said he would've tried to help. Next thing you know I heard Kalani screaming but I couldn't make out what she was saying. I honestly didn't really care tbh but then Cam and I heard banging on the door, Cam opened it. It was Taylor at that point I knew why he was here 

"leave please" I heard his say to cam

Cam looked at me and I gave him the it's okay face and he left.

Taylor came into the room and pushed me

"why is Kalani crying right now!?" he screamed 

"I wouldn't know she was the one who hurt me!" I screamed back at him

"aren't you her super hero you should be comforting her right now with her fake tears and all" I continued 

Then Taylor pushed me and I fell it didn't hurt but i hit the wall I got up and I scratched him right under the eye i guess good can come from having nails.

"Don't touch me Taylor you're and idiot and so is Kalani" I told him

I didn't really think that...at least yet

"is that so...I recall you being in love with her an hour ago, chasing after a girl you know you can't have!" Taylor said to me 

This turned back to just verbal

"YOU KNOW WHAT GO BACK TO INDIANA, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY YOU'RE HERE. WHAT DO YOU EVEN DO? YOU'VE DATED MORE GIRLS THAN I CAN COUNT! I WOULD SAY THAN YOU CAN COUNT BUT THATS NOT VERY MUCH. AND YES I LOVED KALANI AN HOUR AGO, I REALLY DID AND YOU RUINED IT BUT I SHOULD'VE KNOWN JUST WAIT TILL YOU DON'T LAST I'M MORE OF A MAN THAN YOU'LL EVER BE AND I DIDN'T MAKE KALANI CRY I WOULD NEVER INTENTIONALLY. SHE CAME TO ME AND TOLD ME ABOUT YOU TWO KNOWING HOW I FELT I DIDN'T TOUCH HER I DIDNT CALL HER ANYTHING I BARELY SCREAMED SO BEFORE YOU COME NEAR ME RUINING VIBES GET YOU FACTS STRAIGHT AND CHECK YOURSELF AND CHECK YOUR GIRL! " i screamed really aggravated at this point

"you have all these flavors and you choose to be salty. Stop being butt hurt and cry me a river build a bridge and get over it! There are so many other girls. FIND ONE! and DON'T EVER SCREAM AT KALANI AGAIN AND IF YOU TOUCH HER I HONESTLY WILL KILL YOU. NO LIE!" taylor said

and with that he left. Taylor doesn't phase me but i'm honestly really angry!
