*Kalani's POV*
I checked my phone, I had a text from Taylor.
T: Come to lobby
K: Okay why?
T: We're gonna take a walk around the beach
K: Okay, i'm coming now
I went down to the lobby and I saw Taylor
"Ohmygosh!" I said to him
"what?" he said to me
"you'r eye! Did you guys get into a physical fight?" i asked
"kind of, not really but i'm fine come on lets go" he said
down the street from the hotel there was a beach
(a/n its nightime)
we walked to the beach
"it looks so nice in the dark" i said
"it looks even better because your here" he said and kissed me on the cheek
we took alot of selfies for snapchat and we found this lady and she took a picture of me and taylor holding hands by the water
"thank you" we said to the lady then she left
"i really love this" taylor said admiring the picture
"me too!'" I said
The lady took it on my phone so I texted the picture to him and we both posted it to instagram but with different captions

this was the breaking news that we were daiting and we got so many coments
for example:

there were also negatives like
@fboysmagcon: Taylor and Kalani should not be a thing, this is gross
but I don't pay attention to haters.
Me and Tay kept getting tweets too
"Taylani" i said randomly
"What?" Tay said
"our ship name" i said
"What?" he said again
"really taylor" i said
"a ship name is a name given to a ship or pairing." I continued

"you don't get it." i said chuckiling

"so you see TAYlor and kaLANI, i added the first 3 letters of your name to the last 4 letters of my name and then you get a ship name" i explained
"i get it now, i really do. You combined our names" he said
"yeahh, but to be honest I got it from a fan I didn't come up with it" i said
we both laughed, next thing you know i get tagged it a tweet
