A bit after they met (pt.2)

You cleared your throat.
Today was the day.
Your first day working side by side with Glimmer.
You blushed at the thought of working with the queen.
It was really quite an honor.
You knock on the door.
"I am here my lady- I mean Glimmer."
"Oh! Please come in (y/n)! You are right on time."
You open the door and walk in.
The room was huge!
Way bigger than yours obviously!
"Oh Glimmer, might I ask what I will be doing today?"
You looked around the room.
"Oh i dont know yet. I haven't planned that far ahead. But have you eaten or anything yet?"
She looks over at you and you glance back.
You shake your head.
" No Glimmer."
"I'll have something fixed for you then."
She smiled and pulled out a chair next to her.
You sat next to her and blushed.
"So...What am I to do?"
"Just sit still and look pretty for me sweetie."
She blushed.
You tilt your head and let out a small laugh.
"Yes Glimmer."
"Hey (y/n)? Listen, I don't normally say this to anyone but...I...I find you very comforting."
You blushed madly.
"That's why I called you to do this."
She placed her hand on yours making you shiver.
Her hand was so warm.
You placed your other hand ontop of hers and smile.
"Thank you Glimmer. I appreciate what you are doing for me."
You turn to face her.
"(Y/n), is there anything you want? Anything at all?"
You were confused.
"Pardon?"
"(Y/n)."
You shake your head frantically.
"No my Queen I couldnt ask for anything more than what you have done for me and the sweet people I have met."
You blush.
She tugs on your hand and pulls you into her lap hugging you.
"My Queen what are you doing? This is highly inappropriate for just a hug."
You push away from her gently.
She agreed and let go.
"Sorry (y/n)."
She looked sad.
You didnt understand why.

At the end of the day you were exhausted.
You looked down at the pile of papers infront of you.
"Why did she want these done today? Ughhh."
You skimmed through all the papers quickly.
You came a crossed a small letter.
It had....Your name in the title?
"(y/n),
You can never find out I am wrighting this because it is wrong of me to say what is on my mind about you. I love everything about you. Your smile, your eyes, your kindness. I wish I could act the way you do every day. So positive and happy. I wish I could just tell you how I feel about you but I cant..I love Bow so much and I would never want to hurt him so I will probably never let this get out. All I can do is be close to you every chance I can get. I...Have feelings for you (y/n), even more since I met you the first time in the throne room. I..I want to kiss you, hold you, even give you butterfly kisses up and down your neck just to make you laugh."

You stopped reading.
You felt a sensation of pure warmth in your stomach.
"Oh Glimmer.."
"Yes (y/n)?"
You stiffened up and quickly crumbled the letter in your lap.
"Nothing Glimmer!"
You smiled over at her.
She smiled in return.
'I'll read the rest later, for now I'll finish my work.'
You thought to your self.
She must have misplaced the letter in your pile on accident.
You liked her to but you knew it couldnt happen.
She has a loving husband and runs a kingdome.
She would never no...could never have time for you.
It was inappropriate.
You quickly finished up and stood up from your seat.
You were about to leave the room.
"(Y/n), please come here I need to talk to you."
'Oh God.'
