After a terrifying battle between Ellie and the summoner, Ellie was returned to normal, the corruption was finally stopped and Gacha world was saved. Even though the origin of the corruption was a mystery, it was no more in their present world, allowing everyone to return to their peaceful lives.

Aoi: Kuku really does seem interested in that Kugari fellow...

Aoi, one of the first home world units that was summoned in the war against the corruption, was able to go back to her normal life. As for her friend Kuku, things went different for her because she was affected by the corruption directly. A second half of her was formed, and it affected every thought she had.

(Y/N): Is everything ok, Aoi? You seem rather off today. More than usual...

Aoi looks at me with the same expression.

Aoi: I'm worried about Kuku... After that event happened she hasn't been the same, do you think she's p-possessed..?

(Y/N): Of course not, she still behaves normally most of the time, if she was possessed she wouldn't act like herself at all.

Aoi turns and looks at Kuku again, still showing the same expression. Maybe I can cheer her up somehow...?

(Y/N): Hey, it's nothing we both can't help her with, right? Besides, you help her out so much and I think she's really grateful for it. I know I am, and if you can motivate her to do new things, you can inspire her to change.

Aoi looks at me with a light blush on her face.

Aoi: Y-you don't have to say things like that just to get a point across...

(Y/N): If it makes you happy, I'll say whatever I can.

She blushes even more and her eyes widen.

Aoi: Oh geez... stop you're m-making m-me blush!

(Y/N): Yes, I am fully aware and it is adorable.

Aoi: STOP!~ *Giggles*

Ah yes, it's working. Now to secure that smile...

I whip out my phone and show her a video. She cracked up for a second, and then bursts into laughter.

Aoi: Oh you know how to cheer someone up, don't you?

(Y/N): It's just a perk of mine, I guess!

Aoi: Maybe!

The two of us laugh nervously... yeah this is getting awkward.

(Y/N): Aoi maybe you should come over to my place and take a break from your stress. We could play games, watch videos or movies, just hang out...

Aoi: S-Sure! C-can I walk with you?

Aoi has had a rough time adjusting to the stressful lifestyle she now has. She's dealing with class work, Kuku's second half, and she really got stressed when I told her about this "Sol" person... She was really creeped out but I managed to calm her down enough to tell her that everything is going to be fine. After all, Luni has this under control... right?

The day ends and Aoi comes along with me to my apartment to hang out. She's still not used to seeing the cast on my arm, so she feels uneasy when she's at my left side.
