Chapter Sixteen: Magic Knight

Gyaku didn't move as he heard Zora's question that he didn't expect at all. The Time User continued to prepare his bed like he doesn't care and faces Zora.

"You heard it all, am I right?" Gyaku asked.

"Yeah. And I was right. The shrimp has his own magic and its attributes are one hell of a special." Zora said.

"Zora, I know you really are annoyed by Asta but please, do not ever tell him about the magic attributes he has. Or else, you guys will die in an instant." Gyaku said.

"Just how violent his mana is? I heard that it came from some sort of omnipotent that his devil called "Violent God"? Zora asked.

"I don't know. I can't tell more if you already knew all of it. What if they'll hear us?" Gyaku asked.

"Fine, fine. I'm not really interested in it. I just hate people acting strange and move around by themselves all alone." Zora said.

"So you're suspecting that I am some sort of a traitor here or what?" Gyaku asked.

"I mean, you came from the Diamond Kingdom. And that Kingdom doesn't have--" Zora was stopped as Gyaku punches him and teleports themselves in an open space and bashes his body on the ground.

"You bastard...!" Gyaku angrily uttered.

"H-Hey! I am not yet done talking! I was just saying what I am thinking! Please don't understand it as I have something against you! Please, st-stop...!" Zora said while spitting blood.

"How will I know if you won't understand me?" Gyaku coldly asked.

"Hey! Like what I've said, I am not trying to say such things that will hurt your pride! I'm just clearing things out!" Zora said while raising his hands in the air.

"Help yourself." Gyaku said and walks away. Zora just looked at him and spits blood once again.

"What's his problem? I just want to state what Diamond Kingdom is, not that I'm saying that he is an enemy of ours." Zora said. He shrugged himself off and plants a trap on the broken ground to conceal its damage and walks away. Back at the hotel room, Asta keeps jumping on his bed but Nero jumps in and pinches his ear. Gyaku and Zora minded their own businesses as Gordon noticed it and started to ask them.

"Gyaku, is there any problem?" Gordon asked.

"Nothing." Gyaku said in his monotone voice and gets a book from the library.

"How about you, Zora?" Gordon asked.

"About me? There's nothing wrong about me for today. I'm fine." Zora said and prepares himself to sleep early.

"We haven't taken our dinner yet, and you want to sleep early, Zora?" Asta asked.

"None of your business, shrimp. If you want to take my share of the dinner for tonight, then go." Zora said and he covers himself with the blanket.

"What's wrong with him?" Asta asked.

"Let's go down and eat dinner. We'll be back." Nero said as they headed now to the dining area. Gyaku can be seen standing at the top of the Skytree and remembers his past from before.

Flashback

"Gyaku, you will be the face of this Kingdom! And we will reign all of the other kingdoms because of your magic!" One high official of the Diamond Kingdom said. Gyaku, at the age of 15, can be seen training his magic by accelerating the life span of a plant.

"Hey, Gyaku! You come over here!" One mage angrily called. Gyaku approaches him and looked at him.

"What did I tell you? You should've killed this mage from the Clover Kingdom before he escapes and shares the information he gathered from this place! Why he is still breathing?!" The mage asked.
