Chapter Seventeen: Invasion

"Have you seen Yuno?" Klaus asked as the Magic Knights of the Golden Dawn can be seen gathered outside their base and preparing for their training.

"No, I haven't seen him since earlier." Letoile said. A huge explosion can be heard as some nobles ran to the outside of the Golden Dawn's base.

"What's going on?!" Klaus asked.

"Someone reported that the Spade Kingdom is already in here." Langris said as he shuts down his communication magic to the other Magic Knights.

"Spade Kingdom?! B-But I thought they'll be attacking the Heart Kingdom first?!" Mimosa asked.

"Attacking Heart Kingdom is our main priority. But since you guys did have an agreement with them, we'll take you out first, since you aren't as strong as we believe." Foyal, a Dark Disciple of the Dark Triad said as he can be seen floating in mid-air.

"You...!" Klaus uttered in anger.

"Mimosa, warn the other squads about the Dark Triad already in here." Langris said.

"Y-Yes, sir!" Mimosa replied and flies away.

"Who said you can get away?" Mist Magic--" Foyal was stopped by Klaus who fired three steel lances on him.

"Face us, you member of the Dark Triad!" Klaus yelled.

"Fine. I should warn you that I really love torturing people in any way I want." Foyal said.

"Then prove it." Langris said. He uses his Spatial magic into him but Foyal was too fast and managed to evade the Spatial magic of Langris. Another explosion can be heard as some Magic Knights were thrown away by another member of the Dark Triad.

"Just having all the fun by yourself, Foyal? Can I join then?!" Another Dark Disciple of the Dark Triad, Gaderois said.

"Do as you please." Foyal said.

"Aside from invading us first, what are your other motives?!" Klaus angrily asked.

"We came here in search for an arcane mage. But it seems that none of you here have reached that level. Which means, you guys must die." Foyal said.

"Arcane mage... Heh, even if we aren't arcane mages or whatsoever, we can take you and shut your filthy mouths." Langris said while emitting his magic through his hands.

"Stone Magic, Hardened Body!" Gaderois hardens his body with his Stone Magic and rushes at the Golden Dawn members at full speed.

"Here he comes!" Klaus yelled.

"Stone Magic, Great Wall!" Siren raises a huge wall of stone in front of his fellow members as he and Hamon arrived in time.

"Hoho! It seems we just made it in time, Siren." Hamon said.

"Yeah. And you two, you won't get away with this!" Siren said.

"Get away? Why we would get away? Maybe if we have achieved our goal. And another goal we have is to kill you all!" Gaderois roared.

"Mist Magic, Illusory Image." Foyal created three clones of himself made of mist and encircled around the area to confuse the Golden Dawn members.

"Stone Magic, Rushing Crusade!" Gaderois summons a huge wave of gushing stones from the ground.

"I can handle this! Stone Magic--" Siren was stopped as the gush blasts him away and the durability of the Stone Magic that Gaderois possess are on a different level.

"Siren!" Klaus yelled.

"Glass Magic--" Hamon was stopped as a spear from Foyal hits him.

"Mist Creation Magic, Needle of Silence. I should end them with everything I have." Foyal said.
