He lived in this caravan site/park and to me, I thought that was the reason why he cancelled either he was embarrassed or what. But he clearly didn't know me because I didn't care where he lived I loved him not where he lived. I thought I knew the reason he missed out on meeting me. But I now know I was wrong.

I walked down to where he lived, surprisingly not that far.
I found his caravan and as I walked up to it my heart began to race, I began to get very nervous.
I walked up to his door and knocked. My hands were shaking.

The door opened...

An old man with grey hair around his head and a dirty stubby beard. He had dirty clothes on, flies surrounding him and the food on his shirt. He stood and stared.

"Eh can I eh help u or summit"? He says with breath that reeks of garlic.

"Eh yeah does anyone else live here"I said looking around him to see inside.

"Nah just me, Danny. Short for Daniel"he said trying to sound clever

"No. Really? are you sure?" I said devastated

"Ima sure im forty freackin free I've lived here for free years I know if someone was livin wif me"

"Oh em do you know a Derek" I said hoping I just knocked on the wrong caravan there was lots there.

"Well sort of " he said looking down

"Sort of "? I said waiting for an answer

"Well I use the name Derek for my face Internet fing eh donn I "?

"I don't know do you"? I said angrily

"Yeah cam down" He said in a bossy tone

"Why" I said curiously

"Why"? he said with confusion

"Yeah why do you use the name Derek"? I asked demanding for an answer

"I dunno I just use the fake pictures and da namez to gets the females donn I whatz wif all these questionz"? he said worryingly.

"It doesn't matter"

I jump off the step and walked away with my back turned. Slowly walking. I place my hand over my mouth and cry I brushed my fringe up and turned around facing the caravan I fell to my knees crying. It began to rain.

After a few minutes I get up and dry the tears. I ran home. I began to cross the long field. It stopped raining as the sun began to set. I wanted to take the long way home and I was happy I did. I stopped took some air in and then fell to the floor lying on the ground. I just stared into the pink/orange sky as it was changing into night. It was beautiful. I got up after an hour or so and went home.

All the way home I kept thinking about what happened and I felt so deceived and upset.
