You and hope have been dating for a while now but kept it a secret not because you felt like you had to but you felt as if no one needed to know about you and hopes little rendezvous .
Lizzie's pov
It happened so fast ,you were walking with Sebastian in the woods. You two were arguing about telling your dad about your relationship but he kept saying your dad wouldn't allow it which only upset you more and made it feel as if he was ashamed to be with you which only made you more self conscious. " fine whatever " you stormed off and he followed you " Elizabeth" you cut him off " no .. don't you made yourself clear this conversation is over " he sighed and you took as your sign to keep walking " I care about you but your dad isn't very fond of me and you know that " she turned around " so what he doesn't get a say who I can and can't be with I'm not a child anymore " you whipped around and you heard a rustling in the bushes Sebastian soon caught on and quietly spoke " we should get you inside " you rolled your eyes and started to head in the direction of the school. as you turned around a large white wolf stood in front of you Sebastian quickly sped in front of you the wolf wasn't happy with the quick moment it growled and pounced at you guys and Sebastian pushed you farther behind him causing you both to fall . You froze as the wolf snarled and try to bite him while he had a grip on the wolf's neck , the wolf back up as if it was done fighting as Sebastian turned his attention toward you the wolf attacked biting his arm causing him to yell in pain u siphoned from him and threw the wolf into a tree causing it to whimper and run off you quickly ran to Sebastian and helped him into the school and brought him to the hospital wing . Hours passed and he was getting worse. Your dad said the only blood that can heal him was from hope and hope was nowhere to be found . This worried you more. You didn't want your boyfriend to die so you told your dad that you would go look for her. He said you shouldn't because she can be unpredictable and the last thing he needs is you getting attacked. He offered to look for her and told you to watch over Sebastian. About another hour and a half, Hope walked in where a large sweater that covered her short and her hair was in a messy bun but you couldn't help notice the sadness in her eye but you pushed that aside because you were upset that she hurt someone she cares about . You turned around from where u were sitting besides his bedside and stood up " what are you doing here " you hissed she frowned at the harshness in your voice " I-I came you give him some of my blood " she reached in the pocket of her sweater and handed you a vail " Lizzie I'm s-" you cut her off and looked back at Sebastian " thanks for the blood you should go " hope frowned and walked out you feed him the blood and soon after he started to heal . About two weeks later you and Sebastian were in a good place but you guys haven't gone far as to make your relationship official which bugged you but you pushed aside because at least you were happy .
Hopes POV
She was your best friend that you confided in when things went wrong or if you were sad . But you lost that to him and you couldn't help to think back to that night of the attack if you did it out of jealousy or anger but it didn't matter because he was back to normal and so was their relationship. She avoids you during classes and during lunch and every time you try to meet her gaze she turns her attention back to him . you couldn't stand seeing them together so you avoided her to .you'd spend your time studying in the library or wolfing out in the woods you started to eat your lunch in your room. Your friends notice your distance but we're too afraid to comment on it so they didn't . Weeks passed and you spent most of your time as a wolf and each time you turned you could feel your wolf crying out for her but you ignored it which made your wolf angry at you . You soon realize it was calling out to its mate which was no longer yours .
