'I cannot believe you had to go through that, people are so cruel... I'm glad you are able to thrive now, it's amazing to see another person in the community get their happy ending! I never did tell you my age or gender, so here you are. I'm Omega, I'm 21 and I'm non-binary, I use they/them pronouns. I was assigned male at birth and I also like to wear skirts, people like to throw things at me for it, but I take no notice. When I came out, my parents said that they always knew I was going to be a *t slur*... I won't write it out, let alone say it, needless to say, I was promptly kicked out until I "cleaned up my act". I was alone and betrayed with only one place to go: my closest friend's apartment. I was just starting university (living at home to save money) and my friend had student accommodation with a spare spot, I was as lucky as a four leafed clover. We talked to the Dean and they decided to let me have free accommodation until the end of the term when I was able to get a job. This was the best I could get and it encouraged me to work as hard as a cat trying to catch a laser dot. I found a minimum wage job just in time and I'm currently working with that money and my loan money. I have little to no gender dysphoria, just slight bottom dysphoria but it's not enough to want any surgery so I have some privilege in that sense, other enby friends I have are assigned female at birth and have terrible dysphoria, I've been helping them to raise money for their top surgery and eventually they'll get there. I'm also privileged to be neurotypical, so while I might be uneducated about struggles, I'm happy to learn more if you need to talk about it, but how were your parents about your identity? Were they accepting?

I await your response,
Yours, Omega x '
