Hello, I just wanted to start this off with if you've lost a loved one, I am so dearly sorry. This oneshot is based off of the loss of (Y/n)'s dog, and so if that's something you might not want to read about then you might want to skip over this one.. :(

(Y/n)'s POV
Two days ago, I had lost my dog (D/n). He/She had been in my life since I was two years old, and just recently died of old age. We would always play outside together, read together, I'd share my secrets him/her, everything.
"Sweetie, are you alright?" My mother asked as she had noticed my eyes were filled with tears. "Yeah, I am just thinking about (D/n) again. May I be excused?" You asked sadly. "Yes you may." With that you got up and pushed in your chair at the dinner table, running to your room before your tears began to fall. You stumbled onto your bed and sobbed into your pillow.
Nagisa's POV
I was headed over to (Y/n)'s house at about 8:00 pm to give her something she had forgot at school today, I wish I could have came to return it earlier but my mother wanted me home for a while after school. When I reached her doorstep I knocked on the door and was greeted by her mother. "Nagisa! Welcome! What can I do for you?" she sweetly asked. "I'm sorry to bother you Miss/Mrs (L/n)! I just came to drop off something (Y/n) forgot at school." "Thank you! She's been forgetting a lot of things these past couple of days, we just recently lost our dog to old age and they were very close." She mentioned. "I'm so sorry to hear that!" I said as I handed her the forgotten item. (You, the reader, get to choose the item!) "Is there anything I could do to help?"
Mother's POV
Nagisa came by to return an item (Y/n) had forgotten and I told him about the loss of our dog, (D/n). "Is there anything I can do to help?" He sweet fully asked. "Why don't you go comfort her? You're her best friend, I'm sure she'll be grateful for your company." I suggested, and he quickly replied with "Alright! I'm going to go pick some things up but then I'll be right back!" He then ran off.
Nagisa's POV
I ran to the nearest gas station and grabbed some (F/s) and (F/f) for (Y/n), because I knew they were her favorite. I also saw a stuffed (F/a) and so I bought that too. I then returned to (Y/n)'s house and went to her room. I found her crying and placed down the food. "(Y/n)? Are you alright?" She quickly looked over at me, unaware of my presence before. "Uhh yeah, I'm okay.." I sat down next to her and showed her everything I had brought.
(Y/n)'s POV
I blushed at the fact that Nagisa had gone out of his way to come. For the next few hours we sat in my room and watched (F/sh). Nagisa then looked over at the clock to see it was 2:43 am. "Oh! I didn't realize how late it was. I should head home so my mother doesn't worry." He got up and started to head over to the door. I grabbed his wrist. "Errr, Nagisa, maybe you could.. stay the night?" He blushed at this request but sat back down on the bed. "Of course, (Y/n)." I yawned happily.
Nagisa's POV
It was 4:23 am and (Y/n) had fallen asleep. She was so cute.. I turned off the tv and laid with her. As I closed my eyes I felt warmth up against me. I quickly opened my eyes to see (Y/n) had scooted closer, wrapping her arms around me. I felt my face heat up. I kissed her forehead and tangled my hand in her hair. "I love you, (Y/n)."
