Daniel's father was best friends with Y/N's father, although Y/N doesn't remember Daniel as a child. Basically he's a jerk towards Y/N, but that she doesn't realize that till later. Daniel is really into sports, he is a major in engineering. Him and Gabrielle were secretly dating before this whole thing started. Daniel was told by Vera that Y/N should not know about the power incantation or what happened to her father. Daniel does not like what Y/N and Randall had before they dusted them, so he makes it his job to prevent her from talking or gaining feelings for the Knight.

Personality/ Background
Thomas James Whitney was married to Vera for five years before he died. Thomas had made himself a Knight, he did this to help protect his family. Thomas was able to do this due to a incantation that created a hide inside of him. He named it Nova after his daughter. His hide had attached itself to the Power Incantation book. Thomas was leaving his job (he worked as a nurse at the Denver Hospital) one Friday evening when he was attacked by a Order member for being a werewolf. Thomas was known for his loyalty and respect for his patients. When Vera had accidentally casted the power incantation on Y/N, Thomas was there for her. After Thomas' death Vera was told by Kepler to tell Y/N that her father had left them, but later died from a car crash.
