Mornings were never my favorite part of the day. I mean who likes to wake up early, especially if you're waking up early in a cold sweat like I had.

Taking a shower sounded like a grand idea so I did. unbeknownst to anyone else they all thought I was asleep so three people came knocking on my door.

They were all worried and thought gathering at my door would help solve any of this. that's why I am currently standing with my door wide open and everyone in the house staring at me, except Louis of course.

"What are you guys doing here?" I quizzed looking at everyone's very uncomfortable faces.

"We..uh..we just wanted to make sure you were okay.." Harry scratched the back of his neck awkwardly.

"Well I'm fine, what does Louis want?" I walked out of my room, through the crowd.

"Dunno, but he said he really needs to see you." Liam informed me handing me my phone I had apparently dropped.

Walking to his room had to be the most nerve wracking experience. my brain was racing with all the thoughts of what could happen.

I gently knocked on the door before entering hoping to find him asleep. this was to no avail for he was sitting upright in his bed with a welcoming smile.
"Good morning Izzy, come sit we need to talk." his face fell a bit.

I sat down gently on the side of the bed waiting or him to start.

"Well I guess I should start by telling you why I wanted you here so bad."

"That's probably a good start."

"Well as I said before things are going to be changing. The Westside are going to be moving in with us soon an-"

"What why?!" I interrupted him.

"The East is getting too strong and attacking us both. We figured it wouldn't be a problem?"

"You can't just invite them here! What if they scope the layout of the land and use that against us in the future?" I was beginning to panic, we couldn't afford to be attacked if we fight the East.

"I have connections with the Westside Izzy and those connections have sworn an oath of peace, not like we ever needed it. The West are our best option."

After a minute of us sitting quietly he spoke softly, "I have something else I need to discuss with you, and I'm not sure how you're going to react."

"What is it now Lou?" I was beginning to grow tired of all the drama.

Before he could tell me what was going on I began to feel uncomfortable. "Izzy are you okay?" Louis asked.

"Yeah, yeah just a little sore I guess. What were you going to tell me?" I wanted to keep Louis as calm as I could. It wasn't good for him to stress over nothing. I'm fine.

"Okay well there are going to be some peop- holy shit okay Izzy come with me." I began a to have hot sweats and I couldn't breathe. Everything was suddenly too hot for me and I couldn't handle it.

"W-what's happening?" I followed Louis out into the hall.

"Liam! Liam come quick!" The panic was clear in Louis voice, which did nothing to calm me down.

"I'm here Louis what is it?" It was obvious Liam had run to our location because he was slightly out if breath.

"Take Elizabeth to the bedroom downstairs in the basement. It's happening." Those last two words had Liam springing into action.

He grabbed my hand and rushed me down the hall. "Liam slow down what's happening?" I was met with silence as we made our way down a set of creaky stairs.

"Stay in here Izzy, Louis should be down soon to tell you what's going on." after that he shut the door.

It felt like hours had drug by as I laid in bed. I could only concentrate on how unbearably hot it had become in the room. The dull ache that had started not so long ago had slowly grown into a horrible pain. It was like I was being set on fire while all of my bones were wing snapped.

Finally after I thought I couldn't take this silence anymore the door opened.

"Izzy are you okay?" Louis worried voice could be heard. I continued to stare at my spot on the ceiling as I weakly answered "y-yeah."

He let out an exasperated breath, "We need to talk."

"That's o-obvious." I was finding it increasingly harder to talk.

"I can't tell you everything but you're a werewolf." Even in my state of distress I couldn't hold back a laugh.

"It's not even April fools day anymore Louis, quit playing jokes and tell me what's going on."

He sat next to me on the bed and I could finally see how tired he looked. "I'm not joking Izzy. Listen I had hoped this wouldn't happen to you but it has. You're going through your first change, although none of us here are werewolves ourselves we're all equipped to help." This can't be real, these kinds of things don't happen to real life people.

"Wait if none of you are this how are you equipped to help?" The pain was beginning to worsen and I wanted answers before...whatever's going to happen.

"Your parents. They were werewolves too. When they knew I was going to be the one to raise you they taught me everything. They also wrote their own book, sort of like an instruction manual, for everything they couldn't tell me. I just made the others read it."

I let out a low growl sounding noise as my back started to contort. "Louis make it stop!" I couldn't take this pain.

"It's going to get worse before it gets better. Listen to my voice I'll guide you through it." I was trying to take calming breaths but nothing was making this any better.

"Elizabeth you need to breath and don't fight it. Your first transformation is always the worst but the next will be better I promise." I could hear him breathing and waiting. Waiting for something to happen.

"Okay it's going to start on the outmost parts of your body like your toes and fingers. Get on the floor first though." I did as he said. The cold tile helped slightly to calm the ever present burning sensation.

After a few seconds of panicked breathing, my fingers started to change. I couldn't concentrate on how they were beginning to look, the pain was clouding my vision.

"Just breath through it, you're doing great love." his words soothed me and I did what he said. I let the pain consume me and I let it pass through.

After what seemed like several torturous hours the pain stopped. I thought I was dead, everything around me was dead silent and dark.

I stood in my spot for god knows how long waiting for something to happen. That's when I heard it, I heard birds chirping all over and I heard Louis heart beating. when I opened my eye it was like I was seen a whole new world.
