Chapter 3

Aspen's POV.
I wake up and look to my left to see Nate sleeping. Holy shit, he looked so cute when he was sleeping. I got up to make me something to eat but when I went in the kitchen someone was already in there. "Hey, what are you doing" I said. He turned around and it was Gilinsky with no shirt on. Damn he was fine. "I'm making pancakes for everyone" he said. "Aw, how nice of you" I say in a baby voice. "Well if you're gonna be like that you won't get any" he said smirking. "Ugh fine, I'm sorry" I say. "Okay I forgive you, now go wake up everybody" he says and a really big smirk comes upon my face. I run upstairs to the bathroom and fill up a bucket of cold water. I walk down stairs and see that Kenny and Johnson woke up. I told them to be quite. I walk over to Sam and Nate and see that they are all coudled up together. How sweet. I took a quick picture. I asked Kenny to blow a horn that I handed him. When he blew it the boys shot up and I threw the water on them. Of course the Jack's where vining it all. Sam and Nate got up and looked at each other then looked at me so I decided it was time to run. It didn't take long for them to catch me and when they did they took me outside to the pool. "NO" I yelled. "Please don't" but it was too late because I was already in the air falling into the pool. I came back up and looked at them with a death stare. "I hate you" I simply said. "You started it" Sammy said and he was right. It was my fault that I was soaking wet in the pool. When I dried off and changed clothes I went downstairs and the boys where all talking. I walk up and they all look at me. "Hey, we are having big bonefire on the beach and was wondering if you wanted to come" Kenny asked. "Yea, what time" I asked. "Around 6 or so" Gilinsky said. I walk upstairs and thought. That's a perfect time. Okay so I have been planing something since the moment we got to Cali. I've been talking to Kaddee, Sammy's girlfriend and my best friend. Well she is flying down here today at 5 and Sammy doesn't know. He's gonna be so happy she's all he ever talks about and it gets annoying. I walk downstairs and nobody's there. I walk into to kitchen and see a note on the counter and it says:
Dear Aspen,
We went out to get some thing's for the bonfire tonight. Don't break anything while we're gone.
Love, the guys.

Great I'm here by myself for who knows how long. I decide to clean around the house. There's knock on the door and I go to open it and it's my dad. He rushes inside and doesn't even say hey. Rude. "Are you okay" I ask him. He still doesn't answer. A couple minutes later he comes out with a suit case. "Aspen I'm going out of town for a business trip and I won't be back for 5 weeks and I don't want any party's or anything to be broken, do you understand" he asked. All I did was shake my head, this was coming to me way to fast. "I'm leaving you my car so you'll have a way to get places incase Sam is busy and one last thing, be safe, I love you and tell Sam I love him too and I'm sorry that I couldn't say bye" he says handing me the car keys and walking out the door. Wow that was unexpected. Well at least I have a car to go pick up Kaddee. I look at my phone and it's 4:36. Holy shit, where did the time go I need to get Kaddee. I run outside and start the car and head to the airport. After a while it feels like Kaddee is never gonna get here. Then I hear someone call my name and when I turn around its not who I expected, Bradley.
