Chapter 2

Maggie's P.O.V

Anderson from the BAU unit explained to me how good the team was and that they would do everything they could to find Y/N. He could see it on my face how worried I was. He walked me over to the interrogation room and told me that one of the agents would be right in.

I was playing with fingers when I heard the door open and looked up to see a pretty women with blue eyes and blonde hair smile at me.

"Hello Agent Vega it's unfortunate to meet you under these circumstances. I'm SSA Jennifer Jareau."

" Have you guys got any leads yet?" I asked.

" We found some video footage of her at the supermarket 15 minutes away from here. That's the last place she was seen. However the last place her phone was pinged based off of the radio towers was in an empty parking lot. The team is on their way there."

" Do you think you guys will find Y/N. I can't lose her". I cried out.

Jennifer got up and rubbed my back. She got close to my ear and said " We will do everything we can to bring Y/N back to you." She then walked out.

The BAU's SUV arrives at the abandoned parking lot.

SSA's Hotchner, Prentiss, Morgan, and Dr. Reid get out of the car.

" Why would an Agent in training come out and try to investigate a cold case by herself so late at night. What was she thinking?" Asked Agent Morgan looking around the large empty parking lot.

" An eager and brave agent would." said Agent Prentiss with sass.

"Look over here guys!" yelled Agent Dr.Reid.

"What is it?" Asked Prentiss.

" It's Y/N key's. There seems to be blood on them." said Agent Hotchner.

"Reid collect that and send the dna to be tested and run through VICAP." Ordered Agent Hotchner.

The team walked over to the edge of the woods and found a phone with a broken screen. Morgan put gloves on and tried to turn the phone on but it wouldn't turn on.

"It could be Y/N's phone." said Morgan putting it in an evidence bag.

Hotchner walked over to the entrance of the woods and found drag marks. Heading deep into the woods.

"We are going to need a search crew." Said Hotcher pulling out his phone to make the call.

Hours later and 100 volunteers were out in the woods with a pictures of Y/N in their left hand and a map of the woods in their right.

After searching for about 3 hours Agents Morgan and Reid saw a cabin with the light's on in the distance.

"Call back up Reid" Morgan whispered to Reid.

Morgan and Reid waited outside of the cabin until Hotchner, Rossi and J.J arrived.

"Ok J.J and Rossi go in through the back door and the rest through the front." Hotchner ordered.

I'm not sure how long I've been sitting here in this dark room tied up. All I could remember was running and then it goes pitch black. I was so cold and wet from peeing on myself. I was so hungry but I could still savor the yogurt I ate hours ago.
