"bet" I said trying to get up without falling back down.
When we walked in reya sat down on the couch and I went to the kitchen to get a bottle of water.
I was looking through the fridge too find one but of course it's not one. "This nigga really don't got no fucking water"
"let's go to the store then" a nigga said coming from behind me, causing me to get scared and jump.

"yeah you just scared me" I said catching my breath.
"my fault, so is you tryna go to the store or not?"

he started walking out the house and i was following him. "where you going bitch you leaving me?" reya said looking up from her phone.
"i'm going to the store i'll be back"
"get me some hot chips and a clear fruit" ahja said.
"aye get me some too sis, you got cheese?" rome said.
"yeah I got y'all" I said opening the door to nines charger.

The ride for quiet for a minute but then he turned on some music. no later than 5 minutes after we pulled up to the liquor store.
We went in and I grabbed the stuff I wanted and for Rome and Ahj. I went to the counter where Nine was paying for his backwoods and bottle of 1942.
"that's all?" the man said.
"yeah"

I gave him the money and he gave me that bag, as we were walking out the store a car pulled up in the parking lot and let the window down. Pulling out a gun and directly shooting it at me and Nine.
next thing I know was that I was being pushed down on the ground and heard several gun shots were set off.
when i heard them stop i quickly got up with the help of nine and got in his car and pulled off quick. "What the fuck" i said under my breath.
we pulled up to my brother house and got out. I guess they heard the shots cause I saw the look on my brothers face. "are you okay?" he came up to me and asked.
"y-yeah" i said walking in the house.
"aye y'all nine got shot"
"y'all go in the house" he told me and the others besides his peoples.
we went in and ahja was trying to comfort me. "i'm happy your okay but i think ima just go home now vina, i love you" Jani said.
"love you too" I said.
"what happened" ahj said.
"we was leaving out the store then a nigga pulled up and just started shooting at us, nine pushed me on the ground and started shooting back i think he killed him"
"damn Vina" she said pulling me into a hug. shortly Rome and the others came in the house.
ahja went in her room, goon, juice and tito left and Rome said he had to go make a move. it was just me and nine in the living room watching rick and morty.
"you okay?" i asked softly.
"Yeah it just grazed me"
"well thank you for pushing me out the way"
"no problem"
we started focusing on the tv and my mine was racing with questions. "can I ask you something?"
"you just did"
I just gave him a straight face until he let out a sigh. "what is it?"
"why you don't talk a lot?"
"Ion like to talk around a lot of people"

"you done asking questions or you finna watch tv?"

I put my head down while talking to him like a dumbass. "uh actually today been a long day ima just leave you alone" i said getting up going to my room when i felt a hand pulling on my arm.
"man just sit and chill , and keep your head up while talking to me" he said looking me in my eyes.
