I rub the smooth surface of the glass replica of Tris' ravens. One for each member of her family. Suddenly a pounding headache hits me like a wave so hard that I actually take a step back. I squeeze my eyes shut, hoping the pain will go away. When i open my eyes, i stifle a gasp.

I'm sitting in the midst of people sitting a big room. I look around and see that people are dressed in color codes. Some are wearing red orange and yellow, some are wearing blue, some are wearing black, some are wearing black and white, and lastly, some are wearing grey. I look down and i realize that I'm wearing grey. A sudden realization dawns on me. I'm in Divergent. Its hard to comprehend. At least i know the story well. The girl sitting next to me has chocolate brown hair tugged tight into a side braid. My hair in tucked back in a long braid trailing down my back. Huh. Abnegation. Im fron Abnegation. I know what faction im choosing. Dauntless.

Marcus finally starts the ceremony. He starts his speech as I drift off. The first sixteen-year old is called. Karleen Abace. She's from Candor. She chooses to stay. The first traitor is a guy named George Clance. He's from Amity. He chooses Erudite. I've never liked Erudite. I wonder if they will call me. As I'm not from here...

"Liliana Fligs." I take a deep breath. Its soon my turn. Finally, Marcus calls me. "Aileena Flinn." I stand up and walk over to the stage. Marcus hands me the knife. I slice my hand...and drop my blood into the Dauntless' coals.
