Do you hear the rustles of the wind inside you?
The lapping of the water as well?
Are the sounds too seamless for you to care?
Are the words too abnormal, for you to share?
What if these sounds, these thoughts, this bridge is leading you somewhere?
What if who you are, what you do, what you prove to be, is your own beauty in and out there?
Tell me. What is that sound whispering deep inside?
I know you can hear it, too.
Tell me. Because I know, it can't take long for it to hide.
Tell me. Oh, please do.
Let the heaviness lift away the veil of your heart-
Let the sounds louden, let it reach your dua's arch-
Let your Heart Echo, and don't shun it down.
Ask, ask for it. Don't be afraid. Don't be shy.
Because, dear, our Rabb shies away from not accepting His servant's sincere dua.
"Say: Whether you hide what is in your hearts or manifest it, Allah knows it, and He knows whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, and Allah has power over all things."
