Chapter ten

[JINS POV]

Walking back to the pack house felt very Long for me. Thoughts flooding my mind.

Jungkook is alive!!? I know he is, I definitely smelled his scent off Y/N.

How is he? Is he badly hurt?

Is he eating well?

Oh gosh where are they sleeping with the newborn pup!? Outside!! I hope not but I know for a fact Y/N won't tell me, and kooks mindlink is shut off.

He's pretending he's dead ha! Such a clever boy.

Finally reaching the door to the pack house, I shut my thoughts down.

Looking at my watch on my wrist, i see that it is around dinner time.

I must've took a long extra walk then.

Standing at the island in the kitchen. Start chopping vegetables for dinner, Joonie walks in.

" hey you're back I- hey what's wrong? You look sad" h asked me.

He must've picked up on my mood with us being mates.

Putting on a fake smile i tell him everything is fine, though his eyebrows furrowed. I don't think he believed it, tho he nodded none the less.

Placing a kiss on my cheek he sits at the dinning table waiting for dinner watching me cook.

Sitting at the table, Dylan at the head where jungkook used to sit. My nerves on edge, we all eat in silence. When we're nearly finished Dylan speaks, not before me catching his nose twitch as if biffing the air.

"So what's with the-

Thinking he was gonna say smell I interrupt him

"Haha nothings wrong Alpha, pease excuse me" I say standing up placing my plate in the sink before walking up the stairs to my bed room.

[A/N POV]

Back in the kitchen after a while Dylan is confused as he speaks

"I was gonna say what's with everyone eating in silence but what's up with him?"

Namjoon also stands and speaks

"Sorry alpha let me go speak with him"

And with that he makes his way up the stairs.

As Jin sits on the bed, Namjoon comes in closing the bedroom door behind him.

"Jin i know you're upset about Y/N but you can't be rude to Dylan about it"

He turns to Jin, not long seeing he look of despair on his mates face.

He immediately rushes towards him seeing the tears fill in jins eyes.

"Hey hey hey, what's wrong?" He asks kneeling in front of him.

Jin shakes his head.

Namjoon sighs, placing his hands on jins thighs rubbing them a little,

"Come on baby tell me, you can tell me anything"

Walking back to the cottage my mind was full of thoughts.

Was i too harsh on him?

He was only trying to see his niece.
