Ok so you are a new teacher at UA. You're the new IT teacher.
Quirk: tech possession
You can enter different devices such as phones and computers. This enables you to enter a state in which you can move freely and can teleport between devices. You use your quirk mainly to gain info on any villain activity online. In this state which you call "on the grid" you can search for malware, fix minor problems, rewrite computer code, view anything on that particular device such as pictures and just control it in general.
When using your quirk you are very vulnerable to computer viruses. While your quirk can be used on almost all electronic things you cannot possess things such as light bulbs and toasters it has to be a cellular device.

You have a headset which helps you identify viruses and malware.
You also have a bunch of phones and tablets strapped into your belt, for entering the grid on the go.
Also quick side note Aizawa and Hizashi have been together for like 3 years and live together on campus just thought I'd let you know.
