Telling grace wasn't an option, Hannah thought as she lay face down into the
pillow. She was actually kind of surprised at how well she could block it out of get mind in comparison with grace who was so visibly broken. She knew she had to be there for grace and would always go out of her way to make sure she was feeling okay.Hannah picked up her phone.
'hey. hope you're feeling okay. want to film a video today?'
She typed before pressing send.
A couple of minutes later, she got a reply.
'sure! okay, you can come over whenever. What kind of video were you thinking of shooting?'
'not sure. what about a tag or something?'
'yeah, definitely! I'll see you soon then?'
'soon'

Hannah arrived about 45 minutes later and knocked on the door before it was opened by grace who looked much healthier and happier. Hannah felt a huge involuntary smile appear on her face.
"Hey." Grace beamed.
"Hey, how are you?" Hannah answered, walking up into grace's doorway.
"Better." Said grace whilst fidgeting with her hands. "Yeah, I- much better, actually.
"That's great." The smile had not yet left Hannah's lips.
They both sat on the couch for a while and watched some TV, Hannah welcomed goose back home from the dog-boarding-school-training-place-thing and she and grace just talked. They talked for hours, leaning on one another's shoulders, laughing loudly like in the old days about nothing and everything, forgetting entirely about the video.
It was then that Hannah found her hand on grace's thigh and her nose dangerously close to grace's.
"Hey." Grace whispered.
"Hey." Hannah gulped.
"I've never noticed how miraculous your eyes are before."
"Miraculous?" Hannah teased. "Quite a fancy word for such a beautiful idiot."
"Stop." She giggled softly; neither of them and moved away from eachother by an inch.
"Grace?"
"Yes, Hannah?"
"Your lips look pretty miraculous."
"Yours too."
They both smiled adoringly, gazing from one another's eyes to lips before leaning in even closer.
She couldn't help it. Grace leaned in all the way and left one gentle kiss on Hannah's soft lips.
"Definitely miraculous." Hannah couldn't stop her contagious smile that was beginning to affect grace, too.
Soon they were deepening the kiss yet it was still so gentle and caring and loving. It was like nothing else in the world mattered, like they were the only people left on the planet, floating in eachother's presence. Their smiles interlocked in the kiss. It was so beautiful.
(sorry it was super short, comment any suggestions on what should happen next :) )
