*Flashback*

   "Not fair! I was here first!" (Y/N) exclaimed to one of her close friends, Sora. "Well, you won last time. So it's only fair that I won now!" The two friends sat on the paopu tree that they've always talked at. "Hey, Sora. I was wondering. What if there was a day....where we couldn't see each other." Sora looked at (Y/N) and said, "Why would you think something like that?" He asked. "I don't know. I guess I was worried that someday you would leave me. Just, disappear."

   "(Y/N), I won't leave you. And even if we don't get to see each other anymore, we are connected. Just promise you won't ever forget about me, okay?" Sora asked (Y/N). "Yeah, I promise."

*Timeskip to modern day*

(Y/N)'s POV
Lately I haven't been myself, perhaps it's the nostalgia, I'm not sure. But I don't feel happy lately. And the main reason you may ask? Well, a friend that I used to talk to, just.....disappeared. We were always hanging out, then one day, he just miraculously disappeared and I never saw him again. I remember what he looks like and what his name is, but I never saw him again. We made a promise though that if he ever did go away, I would see him again, hopefully it does happen someday.

"(Y/N)? Are you feeling okay? You don't look right." (F/N) asks me. He/she has always been there for me since childhood. I have told him/her that I miss this one person. He/she doesn't know who they are but they feel bad for me as well. "I just miss that friend. That's all. We always chatted and talked when we were younger, but one day, I never saw him again." I told him/her.

"(Y/N), I'm so sorry. Maybe you need to get some exercise in. That's what I do when I'm sad or melancholy and maybe it will help you!" (F/N) and me walked around (W/O/C) to help calm down my sad emotions.

As we were walking, I noticed someone that looked very familiar. Could it be that guy that I miss??? I took a good look at him. "What are you looking at (Y/N)?" (F/N) asks me. I told him/her, "I think that's the guy that I was telling you about!" I told (F/N) with excitement! I walked closer to him to see if I was right, and I called out his name, "Hello....ughhh.....Sora? Do you remember me?"

He looked into my face and he could remember who I was instantly. "(Y/N)!!!" He held me so tight I could barely breathe, but I didn't mind, it felt right being with him. "I wanted to see you for so long, but one day, you disappeared. And I never found out why." He told me, "I was out attacking heartless, nobodies, Yknow, stuff like that." "Oh." I replied with. I later got emotional and started crying.

"Woah! Hey, why are you crying (Y/N)?" Sora asked me while wiping the tears off of my face. "Years I have waited to see you again! That's all I wanted was to see you. And not in my dreams or memories. In person, talking to you. I just can't believe it." I started the waterworks in front of him. Damn it! I didn't want to! But he means a lot to me.

When he saw me start to cry harder, all he did was just hold me. Right when he held me, I held him back and told him things liked, "I missed you." And stuff like that. At last, that promise did come true.
