I peered out the window, which was nothing more than just a hole carved out of the stone wall. The only scene I saw was the same scene I've been seeing for years: The beautiful grass I would never touch again, the lake not far off where I would never swim again.
I have to admit, I missed it dearly. I've been locke in this tower for years, since my 14th birthday. No one explained anything to me, they only told me I ws "cursed".
The house was abandoned. I live alone, in this cell-like room. I peered out over my Kingdom again. The vast landscape was breathtaking, with it's rolling green hills and crystal clear waters you could lose yourself in. I knew it in my heart that I would never experience those things again.
Then, there he was. Out my window I saw the most gorgeous man I had ever seen in my confinde life. Dark wavy hair, broad shoulers, sword at his side, mounted on his steady horse.
Just the sight of him made my heart hurt. I can't tell you how I knew, but I did: I was meant to be with him, and him with me.
