i wake up with nick next to me. arms wrapped around me like i must be protected. i reach for my phone and see a text. this text is from the one and only, griffin. my heart drops to my stomach. i click on the text closing my eyes. as i open them i read something i wish i never have to read again.

yo dixie, i've decided to fly to LA and see you. be ready babe. i'll meet you at the sway house. you better be there. leaving right now 😏

i feel sick to my stomach. i can't believe i've cheated on griffin. not that he is a good boyfriend because he isn't, at all. but i feel so guilty.

before i can even put down my phone nick wakes up and kisses my cheek. "good morning my dixie jane." nick says in his sleepy voice. oh he's so hot. "good morning mr nicky." i say back giggling. "whatcha doin on ur phone bebe?" nick asks. "oh nothing just texting my mom." i say turning off my phone quickly. "okay bebe ima go downstairs and make us some pancakes." nick says as he gets up from the bed. i feel relief as he walks out the door. now i can finally text back.

ugh he's so gross. first night without seeing each other in awhile and he already wants to ✨d i c k m e d o w n✨ ! if he was nick it woulda been different i'm not gonna lie- anyway i have to get ready.

i get up brush my teeth and do my hair. i put on some baggy light wash black jeans, my new y2k shirt from ownsaviour, and some black hightop converse to top it all off. i put on some light weight makeup for fun and my favorite victoria secret perfume. i look at my convo with griffin one more and pray that everything goes alright.

i run downstairs to see nick making pancakes like he said. i run up to him and jump on his back. he chuckles and kisses me softly as he lets me down. "why are you all dressed up love?" nick asks as he flips a pancake onto a plate. "well, i'm going out tonight !" i say smiling. "oh cool. may i ask with who?" he asks. i kinda like that he's over protective, but in this case i don't want him to be. "just some friends from connecticut who are visiting right now." i respond back nervously. he doesn't answer me. all he does is smile and kiss me on the forehead as he hands me my plate of pancakes. odd i must say but i'm not complaining.

i sit down in front of nick. we feed each other our pancakes and laugh. i never felt this way about anyone. not even griffin. before i could think about it more i get interrupted my chase and charli.

charli and i wake up in the best mood, since last night we did some things- iykyk ;) as soon as i get up charli jumps on me and starts kissing my neck. "damn charli we just woke up why you so hype?" i ask her. she doesn't say anything so i just let her stay on my and carry her downstairs. dixie looked at us in an odd way. i guess we were interrupting something. charli jumps off me and grabs dixie.

i know griffin is in town today. and i know griffin texted dixie as well. so i had to talk to her about it. i jump off chase and pull dixie to the backyard. "dixie griffins in town, you know that right?" i say. "yes i know charli, and i feel so guilty. i've cheated on griffin with nick." dixie says defeatedly. "i know bebe, but it's gonna be fine. griffin is a dick anyways, he doesn't deserve my beautiful sister." i say as i hug her tightly. "i love you char." dix says as we release from the hug. "i love you too dix." i say back smiling. now go inside and prepare yourself for tonight...
