Lisa's POV
A week ago I told them that I was sick. Every time that they see me all I can see is that they pity me. I know this will happen if I told them I'm sick. But I don't regret it. I feel kinda relieved that they now know. And I'm kinda sleeping in class right now.
"Lalisa Manoban don't let me call you again or else you will go outside" Ms. Joy Park said that makes me wake up
" I'm sorry miss Park why did you call me? " I said then I stand up while yawning that makes everyone laugh
"Who is the first president of South Korea"? She ask
"Moon Jae-in?" I said
"Your obviously not listening he is our current president right now. Detention after class you always sleep in my class you and your friend Park Rośe"
"Wah I hear my name" Rośe said She just wake up from sleep I think.
"Park Rośe detention after class too" Ms. Park said
We just groaned and sit again. I look at Jennie she just mouthed to me "it's OK" I just smile to her.
When Miss Park leave its time for lunch. I immediately stand up and go to Jennie but suddenly I just see all black.
Jennie's POV
Suddenly Lisa lost consuinesss that makes everyone shock including me. I can't move a single inch. But suddenly J-hope carry Lisa. I just follow them and he brought her to the clinic.
"What happened to her?" nurse Kim said
"She suddenly collapse after class" J-hope said
"Does she have medical condition or anything?" Nurse Kim ask
"I think no" J-hope said
"Yes she have" I said
"What is it can you tell me?" she ask
"She have CJD" I shortly said
A few minutes later she woke up.
"What happened?" she ask as she try to sit
"Don't move Lisa. You lost consciousness earlier" I said then I sit beside her.
"Ohh really Maybe because I haven't taken my medicine yet. Lately I always forget it" she said
"What Lisa you know that you need to drink your medicine everyday or else" I stop
"Or I will die immediately?" she said while smiling
"Don't say that Lisa we will find a cure remember" I said then my tears start to flow.
"Don't worry Nini I already accept it. I will not be with you until you get old. I'm not the one that you will marry someday. Because I'm going to die not now but soon" she said while still smiling
"How can you say that Lisa while still smiling. I don't want you to go I want you to be with me till I'm old. And I want you to be the one that I will marry someday" I said then she hug me.
"Shhh Nini it's OK I know you will forget me one day. And you will have a happy life without me" She said. I think she is also crying now. I can feel my back is getting wet.
"Did you already eat? If no let's go to the cafeteria" she said then she whip her tears
"Let's go" she said then she stand up from the bed. Then she hold my hand.
2 weeks later
Lisa cannot go to school anymore because she cannot walk properly now. She is just in her bed always. But I always visit her and our friends after class.
"Hey are you alright want some coffee"? I ask
"No it's alright I can't make myself one" she said then she try to sit but she doesn't have strength anymore.
"Don't Lisa I will make it just lay down" I said then I left her room.
I go to the kitchen and I find her mother cooking dinner.
"Oh Jennie what do you need?" she ask. All I can see on Lisa's mother face is pure sadness.
"I will just make coffee for Lisa Mom" I said. I start calling her that when Lisa and I start dating.
"Oh ok after an hour the dinner will be serve" she said
"OK mom I will tell Lisa" I said then I make the coffee.
When I go to Lisa's room I find her playing with Kuma. She doesn't look like she is sick while playing with Kuma.
"Hey Lisa here's your coffee" I said then I give her the cup of coffee.
She silently drink it. She finish it quickly.
"I love you Jennie Manoban" She said
"I love you too Lisa Manoban wait what Jennie Manoban are you proposing on me?" I said
"I'm just testing if my last name suits your name."she said
" And it really suits you well" she said then she kiss my forehead
"I really love you Jennie I'm sorry if I'm not gonna be in your side forever" she said then she lay down again.
"I will now rest Jennie I'm tired really tired. I think I can't last longer anymore" she said
" OK Lisa you can rest now" I said then I start to cry now.
"Bye my Nini I hope our path cross again in our next life and I'm going to make sure I'm not going to die then" she said while smiling then she slowly close her eyes.
"My Lili is gone" I said then I start to cry again.
