"Mother! Look! oh my dear mother you won't believe it!"

"what is it my sweet little Mitsu?"

"the Village Children Ma! Look! they're outside, playing happily!"

"i see... do you want to play with them?"

"yes mother! of course!"

"Sure my little Mitsu. Dress up, we're going out!"

And so, the princess wore ordinary clothes. not too ordinary but ordinary for the children to see, He is just like them. A normal child. Nothing special, Nothing Royal in him.
He wore clothes of what a male child would wear despite him with the title of Princess.
Surprisingly since only neighboring nobles have seen him, everyone thinks he, and his mother are both common villagers. He, usually is fond of his mother. very fond of her indeed. Despite him being a boy, Mitsuba was very close with his mother and never he dared to displease his father. There are times Mitsuba will not be out of the castle with his mother but with his personal maid. His maid was just as young as he is. Despite his maid being as young as him, she knew alot of being one. She was daughter of the gardener of the passed, once-loyal Noble Earl, Nanamine.

"mother, look!" Mitsuba said excitedly. pointing to kids playing in the grass. Some with kites, some plopping stones into the small pond nearby, some with toys, others playing with animals.
"mother...." Mitsuba raised his head to look at his gorgeous mother. Like an adult, female version of him that stood behind him smiling sweetly.
"yes?" the Queen, his mother asked. "im going to the market to see what's on bargain today. you'll know where to find me when you're bored of playing okay?" she patted the young boy's head.
"yeah yeah mom. i know." Mitsuba answered. And his mother went of to shop, he played with the village kids. the castle's towers visible from the point of Mitsuba's view. then....

"OW!" Mitsuba yelped in pain. what had hit him?

"Oh my! im Sorry! i didn't mean to- i meant... i was supposed to hit that can!" A boy. Seems like he's also the same age as Mitsuba. he came running to check on the hurt, Mitsuba. "Are you alright?!" the young boy asked as he, lifted Mitsuba from the ground

"y-yes. i- i think so..." Mitsuba said checking the back of his head incase he's bleeding

"great! You're fine! sorry about that though..." the unknowned child nervously said.

"yeah- sure. thanks for hitting i guess?" Mitsuba giggled to let the kid know it was a joke

"i- here the pebble that hitted you" the boy handed the pebble to Mitsuba.

"why would i want that?" Mitsuba asked.

"for you to remember the boy who hitted you at the back of you head silly! or just- remember me i guess?" the child said

"does..... does this mean w-we're f-fr.... friends?" Mitsuba shuddered. trying to look happy.

"Of Course! Who doesn't want a friend?!" the kid replied.

"i-i..... i'm Mitsuba Sousuke..... shhhh keep it a secret! call me Mitsu in public instead!" Mitsuba said hopefully the child keeps it

"Oh great! a noble-class person like me! Keep my name a secret too! go call me...." the kid whispered happily.

"the Lamest kid" Mitsuba said.

"NO! by the way, Im Kou! Kou Minamoto! the boy who hit the back of your head with a pebble!" Kou introduced.

"great! let's play!" Mitsuba said happily
"Sure!" Kou said.

The two children played the whole afternoon... until Kou went home and so did Mitsuba.
"mother! would you believe me?! i made a friend!" Mitsuba said happily.

"oh really? what's his name?"

"Lame-y... cuz he's sooooo~ Lame!" Mitsuba told his mother "oh! his identity is a secret ma! sush- he'll be called Lamey  okay?"

"tell me more about Lamey...." Mitsuba's mother gave a sweet smile.

"pebble..... mother, that's all.... Pebble

and there, Mitsuba showed his Mother,
The Pebble threwn on the back of his head.
there, with chalk was written....
Lamey.
