I walked over to my closet, looking for something to wear. Soon enough, I found something and I got in the shower. When I got out, I got dressed and headed to the theater.

Taylor was already standing in line for tickets, so I slid next to her. "Hey!" she said. I replied with the overly used "You look nice." and she giggled.

When we had gotten popcorn and sat down, the lights dimmed. She looked so curious in the dim light, her eyes lighting up like I little kid's. "Burr.." she said, almost inviting me to give her my jacket. "I should've brought a sweater I guess." I jumped for it. If there was anything I wanted more than to get her for my own, to have her to kiss whenever I wanted, to have late night conversations about anything, to feel her warm skin against me on a cold night, I couldn't think of it. "You can have mine if you want." I said, without a trace of wanting in my voice, which surprised me. "Thanks." she said with a little giggle.

I did the classic boy thing of "yawning" and then putting my arm around her shoulder. She stirred under me, and as we watched the movie together, in silence, I couldn't help but ignore the movie, and watch her instead. Every strand of blonde hair, making me curious, about the grander ocean. Every shade of blue in her eyes, maddening me. Every soft breathing motion she made, inciting me, making me study all of her motions.

When it was over, we walked out. "Where are you parked?" I asked. "I took the bus." she said. "Oh well then, I could drive you home." "Okay." she said and I led her to my car. We decided to skip dinner. It was dark. But a familiar dark. Not lonely, but curious. Inviting. The kind of dark that made you want to have a bonfire or take a road trip or kiss someone. That's how dark it was.

"Hey Harry?" she said as we passed a park on the way to her college. "Park the car there. I want to look at the stars." "Ok." I said and I drove into the little gravel parking lot. She leaned the seat back and looked out the sunroof.

Everything happened at once. Our gazes locked, and slowly, we moved into each other, our lips brushing. We were so close, and it felt like magic. Then, our lips touched, and touched harder, until our tongues were no longer in our own mouths.
