SHRINE MAIDEN OF THE FOX TEMPLE

Hinata holding a bag of treats he baked last night went to the Shrine Maiden of the Fox Temple(Inarizaki) . It was far up ahead but she didn't mind. He looked at the sign board and read what it says.

"a thousand steps dedicated to the thousands songs the shrine maiden has bestowed the people of Inarizaki... A thousand steps, that's not very far.. I'll try counting the step just to make sure they were saying the right thing " she said as she tightened her hold in the baskets and securely strap her backpack.

" OK let's go"

Osamu, Atsumu and Suna are heading towards there dorm. It was such a hot day and they wish that they had a lift up to the mountain so they wouldn't have to use the steep stairs. If it weren't for the legendary Shrine maiden they wouldn't have to suffer like this.

"ah why did they hafta to build our dorm above the mountain" Atsumu complain.

They were about to reach the stairs when they saw their fellow students crowding the stairs.

"seriously whats with this crowd" they said

Osamu grab a student who was busy admiring the scenes. She was about to complain when she noticed who it was.

"Os..Osu...Osamu-kun whhhat can I help you wit..h"she ask stuttering, who wouldn't be if someone famous like him would suddenly grab you.

" why are the students loitering in the stairs, yah know that Kita-san would like that"Atsumu said glaring at the students

" ah yah see there's this cute little girl counting the steps and the others couldn't help but stare at her"she explained not looking at her.

" just because of a girl... Tsk why didn't yah stop her then "Suna said boredly

" that... It's because of her hair... She has a ginger locks similar to the student council president... We kinda think they are related so that lead to us thinking that she's dorm leader- Kita-san's relative. " she immediately explained, though the girl being a relative to the dorm leader was just an excuse she thought that time.

"wait Kita-san's relative!!!!?" the three look at each other and hurriedly went up.

The students immediately made way for them opening a path that leads to the girl who is not looking up front. The students mesmerized by her cuteness move aside so they wouldn't disturb her.

She was still on her four hundred thirty five steps.

The three followed her quietly. Now they can't blame the others for crowding the place, the girl was to cute and it would be a waste to not look.

"she does kinda look like the mini version of the president that visit Kita-san's. Guess the girl earlier wasn't lying " Atsumu said staring at her ginger locks.

"yeah, but should we talk to her and confirm it" Suna ask curious of how the girl might look like

"maybe when she finishes her counting" Osamu said taking a video of her.

"hey why are yah taking videos of her" Atsumu said who was about to do it but stop when he realized he might get in trouble. The girl looked like she's a middle school or high school student.

"If she's Kita-san's  relative then I bet he would like this. If they're not related then we have evidence of someone causing trouble" he said trying to mask. His real intentions.

Atsumu look at him suspiciously but he that it would be nice seeing this scene again and again.

"I guess you're right" he  said and took out his phone. Suna did the same surprising the two.

"what? You said we need evidence" They just shrug and continue following her.

"995...996...997...998..999...1000 yatta I made it... This is really cool there really is a thousand steps" she said and jump happily oblivious to how many people are looking at her.

After calming down she took out her phone and was about to call her cousin when she finally noticed the stares everyone is giving her. Her face redden and she immediately run covering her face. She was not looking on her direction and bump into something or rather someone. She was about to fall when someone securely stop her from the back.

"oh" she said and looked at her back to see a man with black and gray hair, looking wide eye at him.

Osamu finally getting a chance to see her face was shock. He felt a strong wind blowing his direction and cherry blossom covering his direction, somehow he found himself in another time.

"Osamu-kun why are you sitting there, come sit beside me let's talk " a beautiful lady said as she motion him to  sit beside her. They were sitting a meter apart from each other.

"Shrine maiden I can't do that" he said not moving to his position and focus on his work.

"mooooaah Samu you always say that.. Why do you call your own wife shrine maiden " she said and pouted. The man sigh in defeat and went closer to her.

"you shouldn't be acting that way" he said and lightly held her chin, titling it towards his way. The girl just glare at him, diverting her eyes away.

The man chuckled at how beautiful she looks like despite acting that way.

"Shouyou" he called but the girl didn't give look at him making him smile even more.

"my wife, why aren't you looking at me.. Hmm didn't you say well talk" he whispered in her ears. He could perfectly see her blush from the moonlight shining their way.

"hmmmp I no longer wish to talk to you" she said but her face was still red from his behaving differently.

"hahahahaha are you still angry at me" she said holding her face closer to him. There forehead touching and their lips are inches away.

"cause you always call me Shrine maiden" she sadly said looking at him with teary eyes.

Osamu smiled at her and kissed her eyes. "shh don't cry now... It's my fault for making you sad, I'm sorry Shouyou" he said wiping the remaining tears in her eyes.

"fine, but don't call me shrine maiden again when we're alone " she said and hug him.

"hahahahaha I won't, I promise" he said and break their hug. He held her face one again and slowly move his lips towards her. He close his eyes and shared a passionate kiss with her.

He break the kiss and he could see the smile on her face while a shade of pink painted across her face. He went closer to her until their nose were touching and said

" Ai shiteru Shouyou" he lovingly said and once again capture her sultry lips.

It's quite hard writing Inarizaki character's conversation because of their dialect.
