Reincarnation

Kusuo dies and gets reincarnated into a new body every time he has his seventeenth birthday.

It can be at anytime. The reason why he reincarnates is because he has to save humanity since we're assholes and dumbasses. Plus plot.

The kicker is that he only remembers that he'll die on his birthday and his powers malfunction.

It can be anything, heart attack, a shooting or being run over.

Saiki knows he's going to die. So he decides to be more friendly.

His friends are surprised and suspicious, but they just shrug it off to it being his b-day(wait what about that one time-).

So he dies, y'all choose how. His friends see it go down and they're traumatized for life.

So fast forward almost 17 years later.

Everyone is getting together at someone's place and Kaidou(or whoever you choose) notices a teens book slip out of his bag, he decides to go give it back.

He was not expecting for the teen to look exactly like Saiki, hell he's even wearing glasses and something similar to his clips.

The teen is obviously interested to hear about someone looking exactly like him from Kaidous's thoughts and decides to stick around.

The others also freeze when they meet him.

The next day, they investigate and find multiple people who look exactly like Saiki, and that they all died on their seventeenth birthday.

Kaidou faints.

Aiura uses her powers or something, and finds out about the whole reincarnation thing. Toritsuka confirms that he's never seen Saiki's ghost around.

And then they remember that today's his birthday.

So...he dies.
