After school that day dad was not home! Mom said that he had probaly just got stuck in a meeting but he never stays at work this late. Later that night we were eating dinner and dad still hadent come back I was starting to get really nervous. So was Rosie. We decied to do some research and we found a news article that said a man named jhon benam. That was our dads name! We finnaly realized that the guy we saw on the way to school was him! But were had he gone?
That morning instead of going to school we went straight to the woods that we saw dad go into. We walked for hours but no sign of dad or anything really. We decided it was no use to go on we turned around but realized we were lost! We stood there for hours trying to get cell service but nothing worked. It was getting dark so we decided to camp out here. As the night grew cold we used leafs to keep us warm. Rosie was scared. She said she kept hearing things. We probaly only got 1 hour of sleep but at least we were safe.
