Confusion
"Good afternoon everybody! This special ceremony is dedicated to one, special young Type. We put our faith and hope for humanity in her. Our future on Exo relies on her. Please welcome Type-4806!" the Mayor's voice was loud and clear.
"Does every one know what going on here besides me?! Was I supposed to prepare a speech or something?!" She stood up with her legs trembling, and cracked a nervous smile to the huge crowd.
The woman that was sitting next to her took over on stage. She looked smart, and she was not nervous one bit.
"I have prepared a slideshow for you all, demonstrating Type-4806's mission to planet Earth."
"MY MISSION?! TO WHERE?!" Her throat was dry and she could not believe what she just heard.
"The slideshow is now starting, please be quiet." The woman declared to the crowd.
Cameras were still flashing in the Room. It was like silent lighting and thunder.
