puffball was napping on the grass, with a light breeze blowing on her fur, the afternoon sun being blocked out by a calming shade. she was in the midst of a dream, where she saw the girl of her dreams... she was bronze and beautiful, brilliantly eye-catching. she slowly approached her to get a better look...
and then she was awaken by sudden winds, she woke up, confused, darting her eyes rapidly around the hill, she rose a few feet into the air, she found the source of the winds, black hole was rapidly approaching earth, puffball tried her hardest to negate the forces of black hole, she failed. she got sucked into the circular space void. however, by some fate, she, along with all of her friends, were saved by a floating hand that compressed black hole into something stable.
puffball was blacked out a little bit, laying on the floor, someone came over to her to try to wake her up, since no one else seemed to care. puffball woozily opened her eyes, groaning, her hues weakly shifting. bell approached puffball, with a worried look on her face
"are you alright?" bell asked her, concerned for her safety.
"y-yeah..." puffball whispered.
"are you sure? you got flung pretty far..."
puffball floated up slowly. she chuckled a little bit and rubbed her face against bell, showing that she was fine. puffball always felt happiest around bell, they had been best friends for years, and bell always loved her care. puffball had a feeling... she had feelings of uncontrollable love, they constantly filled her mind, all she wanted in life was to kiss her, but she didn't know if it would ever be a good time. she changed hues joyfully just thinking about it.
"you wanna join yellow face's team with me?" bell inquired, happily.
"yeah!" puffball joyfully replied. puffball and bell smiled as they floated next to each-other, approaching yellow face.
"can we join the team?" they asked in unison, puffball blushed and smiled, bell looking at her with curiosity.
"sure!!!" yellow face replied with a joyful expression on his face, bell and puffball continued on.
puffball felt ancy, she was unsure whether to tell her or not. she thought about it, but was then interrupted four approached the team and asked for their team name. she continued happily thinking about bell... her soft and gentle voice... her affection... her care... puffball hummed and smiled wide as she thought more and more about bell.
"you alright?" bell asked her, concerned that she might be anxious. puffball opened her eyes and her cheeks became flushed, she paused for a few seconds to conjure up words in her head.
"i couldn't be happier." puffball finally answered. bell took a sigh of relief, knowing that she was alright, she rubbed her face against puffball. puffball hummed as bells face stroked her cheek. she felt loved. she felt amazing. she felt... comfy. bell then took her face away from her cheek. puffball still decided to not share her feelings, she felt like she would embarrass herself. the first challenge was about to begin, anyway.
