puffball woke up, ready to start a new day. the third challenge was scheduled for today, so she was excited to see bell. puffball always wished that she could grow limbs, but she wanted to even more now, since she wanted to wrap some arms around bell, and maybe... kiss her. her face got flushed, but it made her want limbs even more. she was disappointed that it could possibly never be a reality. but, it's not like bell shared a mutual feeling for her, right? who knows.
four announced that the elimination would commence, but she decided to sit on top of the hill just a little bit longer. she closed her eyes and daydreamed about bell, slowly forming a large smile on her face, she would've given herself a hug but... she didn't have any limbs to do that. she was desperate for intimate contact, so, she thought about some other girls she had crushes on, that could wrap arms around her, but the feelings weren't as strong as they were with bell. there was just... something about her that puffball adored. she adored everything about her. puffball's heart started beating faster, she started panting and getting ultra flustered, this was going to be it. this would be the day she confessed her feelings... is what she would say if she didn't have her doubts. she know that she would tell her... one day.
bell noticed puffballs face from the hill, she flew over to her quickly to check up on her.
"hey, puffball, you alright?" bell asked, in a motherly tone. puffballs cheeks were getting flushed, she began to sweat.
come on, puffball! you got this! tell her!
"y-yeah.." puffball stuttered, not being able to form full sentences.
"are you sure? you've been like this quite a bit now, is there anything I should know about? i just want you to be okay..."
puffball opened her mouth, but nothing would come out. she got the guts, and was about to speak, but four announced the next challenge.
"get into your team swings, people!"
swings? what are we possibly doing with those?
not knowing what to expect, puffball and bell approached the swing labeled "free food."
"spin all the way around 50 times to win! the last team to do so will be up for elimination. BEGIN!"
guess it isn't a convenient time to tell her, is it?
fries aggressively ordered puffball to push the swing around so their team would win. bell told fries not to be so pushy.
she understands me... i love that woman so much.
puffball blushed again. bell started to get curious, but decided to ask her later. puffball swung the swing around as fast as she could, most likely to impress bell. when she finished the 50th swing, puffball panted and turned to bell,
"like what you saw?" puffball flirted towards bell. bell disregarded it as a form of flirting and thought puffball just wanted to show how strong she could be.
"yeah! you did great!" bell replied, with a wide smile on her face.
"free food is safe!" four shouted from the center of the swing arena.
puffball was disappointed that bell didn't see her flirting correctly. she sighed, she'll find a way, one day.
