I actually have a plan/idea involving that:

I draw what I want the cover to be, and I ask for someone to redraw it. Of course I'll use the cover the person draws for me and credit the art in the description of the book. I'm not sure if I should call it a DTIYs, an Art Trade, or just an Art Request.
