It was raining heavily. Few men were running being chased and then then came a sound of the gunshot, followed by an ear piercing scream.

"They ran away." One of the men that were chasing spoke.

"Don't let your guards down. I know they are sneaky bastards." The leader spoke.

"Ahhh!"

"Onew! I told you don't let your guards down. Damn it!"

"Key, relax. We can solve this."

"Take care of him Minho. I'll scan the area." Kibum went away and searched the area, but no one was found. He returned, "They ran away. Fucking pussy. How is his hand?"

Minho sighed, "Not good. We'll have to stitch it."

"Ugh! I hate stitches." Jinki mumbled holding his shoulder where the knife had been dug.

Kibum scoffed, "Then you should have been careful."

Jinki rolled his eyes but screamed as Minho took out the knife in one go. "Yah! Do you want to kill me?"

"Yah! Do you want to kill him?"

They all turned back and saw a man standing there with his hands on his hips. Kibum was starstruck. "Wow! Who are you?"

"I am a doctor and you shouldn't have taken out that knife like that."

They all looked at each other and then to the man. "What's your name."

"Dr. Kim Jonghyun. Now move aside and let me handle this."

Kibum blink twice and moved to give the doctor his space. Jonghyun skillfully cleared the blood and took something out of his back, "This is going to hurt." He was stitching the wound. "How did you get hit by a knife?"

Minho smirked, "Well, there was a cross firing between two gangs."

Jonghyun chuckled, "Gangs are a nuisance these days."

Kibum tilted his head, "One of them was mine."

Jonghyun halted his action and looked up, "What?"

Minho face palmed and collected Jinki. He broke the thread with a knife and took Kibum's hand before running.

"I like you, by the way, doctor!" Kibum shouted.

Minho smacked the back of his head and they vanished leaving a very confused Jonghyun there.

It was relatively a slow day for Jonghyun. No major cases, no emergency.

Dr Jonghyun, please report to the emergency ward.

He sighed, "I guess,I spoke too soon." As he entered the ICU, he saw a few men standing there. He stepped forward to see the same gangster sitting on the bed and eating a banana. "What are you doing here?"

Kibum smiled, "I never introduced myself that night. I am Kim Kibum. People also call me Key."

Jonghyun rolled his eyes, "Why are you even out here?"

Kibum laughed, "So it was you, huh? I thought you were smart enough to figure out that I could just buy the cops." Jonghyun froze at his place making Kibum smirk, "Don't worry doctor, I won't kill you. Because I want to date you."

Jonghyun's eyes widened, "What?" He relaxed knowing that the man won't be doing anything. "What if I say no?"

Kibum chuckled, "I'll try harder."

Jonghyun scoffed, "What if I say no then too?"

Kibum smiled softly making Jonghyun weak in the knees. He was handsome. "I'll try harder."
