The last one.
An old friend of mine, actually. Well, I say friend, she drove me to this state. I found her in a bathroom, crying her eyes out. My bloodied mask and still-dripping knife made her scream and cry louder. It was just her and I, in a dirty bathroom lit by pale moonlight. I casually locked the door.
"PLEASE, PLEASE, I DON'T WANT TO GO" she cried. This made me laugh.
"No, no, no. Why do you think you are last? Want to take a crack at it?" I laughed. She shook her head.
"I don't know! Wait, why do you sound so familiar...?"
I pulled my mask to the side. She gasped, followed by realisation.
"You, you don't want to do this!" She said, standing up.
"Maybe I don't. But that maybe is, very, uncertain. You deserve the most pain I can provide." I pulled my mask back across my face, leaving a smeared, bloody handprint on it.
I grasped her by the shirt. She took fast, shallow breaths. I stabbed, and stabbed, enjoying seeing her bleed. Finally, I pulled my mask back.
"Do you like the last thing that you'll ever see?"
I drove the knife into her neck, blood spraying, the light leaving her eyes.
I pulled her body behind me as I left the room.
