Camping trip part three

A/N
I have decided to write this right now so that I can stop thinking about my best friend of nine years that I lost over a month ago😅. (I am also currently very sleep deprived, and I have a badly scraped knee from falling off my bike😅)

Y/N's Pov-
I awoke to the sound of multiple voices convensating to themselves. 'Why are there so many people? How long have I been asleep?' "Should we wake him up yet?" I heard a Swedish accent at the other side of the room. "Let's just wait a little bit longer, I'm sure he'll wake up soon enough." 'That's mark's voice; are they talking about me?' I sat up and rubbed the tiredness from my eyes. "Oh he's waking up!" Turning my head I was met with many pairs of eyes starring back at me. "U-uhm h-hi?" I pulled the cover over my face partially, confused as to why everyone was waiting for me to wake up. "Well now that yer awake, why don't we get ye ready?" Jack walked towards me with a soft smile. I stared for a few seconds, fixated on his ocean gaze. "H-huh, but w-what are w-we all d-doing?" I finally jumped out of my haze. Everyone looked at me with joy in their eyes. "Did you really forget? We're all going camping together today!" Felix happily announced. 'Oh yeah, today was the day we were all supposed to go camping...'

'Wait! How long was I asleep?!' Mark gave me a look of concern, he must've noticed me starting to panic. "Don't worry, you only slept through the night. It's perfectly fine for you to sleep in sometimes Y/N." everyone showed a smile. In the end, I decided not to worry about it. I got ready and we all left towards the lake in the woods nearby.

(On the car ride there)

Jack's Pov-
I'm sat behind mark and Felix with Dan, Phil, and Y/N. the car ride was pretty silent, oddly for us being some of the most loud people ever. Well, except for Dan and Y/N. suddenly I felt something gently settle on my shoulder. Turning my head to my right, my eyes were met with a peacefully resting Y/N. 'cute.❤️' I smiled softly down at the boys resting figure. 'Wait, did I just think he's cute?!' I fell into an internal gay panic while everyone else in the car were completely oblivious to my suffering. 'I can't be gay! Father will never accept that!' I just tried my best to ignore my internal worries and go to sleep, resting my head on top of Y/N's.

(Time skip to when they arrive at the camp sight.)

I was slowly starting to wake up when I heard whispers all around me. "Aww aren't they so cute?" Felix mused. "Sure, but he better keep his hands off of my little brother.." Mark replied, sounding unamused with whatever he was seeing. "Dude, you know you're going to have to let go of him at some point right?" Dan's brittish accent came up. 'What are they all talking about? What are they seeing that Mark doesn't approve of as much as the others do?' Thats when it dawned on me, Y/N and I had fallen asleep together in the car! Oh boy was I doomed for a lecture from big brother Mark later... hoping he wouldn't be as upset if I made it seem like I wasn't aware of this ever happening, pretended to slowly wake up and stretch with a yawn to finish it off. I opened my eyes and looked towards the others who were staring right back at me.

"*yaaawwn hey guys, have we arrived yet?" The others looked at me and then to Y/N. I looked to my right slowly, then pretended to be surprised that Y/N was asleep on my shoulder. "WAH!? When the fook this happen?!" I jumped back, yelping in "surprise". Y/N started to stir in his sleep . "Nnnhhha are we there yet?" Y/N stretched and slowly opened his eyes. "Yeah we're here now, let's just go set camp.." mark replied, seeming a little off. 'Oh no, did he not believe my act?' I pushed the thought to the back of my head as I got out of the car, helping Y/N in the process. "Ok bro's, let's grab all our gear and get this party started!" Felix fist pumped in the air, radiating motivation and positivity. "Yeah, let's go!" The rest of us replied in unison. Setting up wasn't as much fun as felix had initially made it sound... it was a lot of carrying heavy stuff back and forth, and trying to set up tents while getting extremely frustrated.

"GAH FUCK IT!" Mark threw a tent pole at a tree and stormed off into the woods. "Ah shit, there goes our emotional support y'all!" I joked out loud. Mark was like the most level headed and easygoing person in our group. Quite surprising when we see him lose his shit at video games all the time. "Bro, where the fuck does this stupid string thingy go?!" Felix had his body engulfed by the tent he was currently attempting to build, holding a string and trying to find out where it was supposed to go. "MAAARK come back! We need ya!" Dan called out to our "leader" waiting for a response. "Fuck you guys! Since when was I your guys' mom?!" Mark came storming back out from the trees. "Since you took the role without even fucking knowing!" Y/N chimed in, trying to prevent himself from bursting out laughing. "Yeah, ye signed up for this Merk!" We were all on the brink of laughter at this point. "Or should we say "mOoOOoom"?!" Phil said the last thing we could hear before bursting out in fits of laughter.

"Y-yo Ma! I need Ye *pfft* to help me get dressed!" I tried to form a sentence without laughing, ultimately failing in the end. "Y-yeah whatever you little *wheeze* brat! Put your own fucking clothes on!" By this poin we were all on the ground crying from laughing so hard. We had gotten no progress on the tents, and the sun was already quickly setting. But it was all worth it in the end, we had a lot of fun and EVENTUALLY got the tents up. By the time they were up, Mark and Y/N's parents were calling us for dinner and s'mores.
