You're eyes landed on something horrifying.
"I... Don't understand." Mike looked at the boy who stood in front of you. "Mason?" You asked with concern looking into his glowing white eyes.
Wait. Human eyes don't glow.
"WHAT THE HELL?!" Mike yelled taking a few steps backwards. You looked around, and regretted everything that led up to this point.
The four animatronics that you grew to love had cornered you.Their eyes glowed much like Mason's. You were almost impressed. Yet fear was your main emotion. If not your only emotion.
Mike took your hand in his own seeing your fear. He was obviously holding back tears. But he wasn't gonna let that stop him from saving you.
He stared deep into your soul. And then he looked back at Mason. Only to find he was replaced by a golden broken down bear.
"That isn't possible." He mumbled looking the golden bear up and down. You followed his gaze. Gasping in horror at the sight.
"No. You can't be him." Mike looked around desperatly for any sign of Mason. But there was nothing. Not a single trace. Only the golden bear was left.
Realization finally dawned. You were cornered, with no way to escape, by five murderous animatronics. 'I didn't expect this to be how i die.' You thought looking at the golden bear. Also known as. Golden Freddy.
"I didn't expect this when i first met you Mason." Mike said crossing his arms. The bear chuckled. "Nor did i expect this kind of sass. But please. Call me Goldie. Mason is sooo 1983."
Goldie laughed at the joke raising his brow when Mike frowned. "What. Am i not funny to you anymore?" He asked with a curious smile. "Anymore?! The only time we met was at a private party!" Mike yelled out.
"Correction. We've met each other two times." Goldie smirked slightly as Mike stared in horror. "The office incident..." The black haired muttered.
"You're absolutely right!" Goldie grinned before turning to you. "Morning my dear~" Your eyes widened at the new nickname. "Don't. Call me that." You said as calmly as possible, though fear was obviously there.
A soft, cold, metal paw grabbed your wrist. You gasped nearly falling forward, though a new pair of fuzzy hands grabbed you under the arms and pulled you back up.
"We won't hurt you." An all to familiar voice said, as if handling a scared kid. Mike yelped as strong fuzzy arms wrapped around his middle. Succesfully bringing him up and into the arms of Bonnie.
The bunny smiled cupping the gaurds cheeks, trying to calm him down.
"It's gonna be okay." Freddy, who had been holding you for a little while now, whispered.
You looked at Goldie, who hadn't moved an inch. You sighed before letting your gaze shift back towards Freddy. "Promise?"
He nodded, ruffling your hair as a calming gesture. "Sorry for the scares. Escpessially to you Mike. You've been working here for a while." Chica grabbed your hand as she explained.
He looked at all the animatronics with a confused look. "So none of you genuinly wanted to kill me?" He asked looking up at Bonnie when the bunny brushed some hair out of his face.
Freddy stared back at Mike silently. Not wanting to explain what exactly happens at night. Or, who controls them at night.
"There's some things you're not ready to know yet." Bonnie said. Foxy, who had watched the whole thing go down, finally spoke up. "I agree with the lad. There's some things tha' need to be a secret for now." He smiled a bit.
Freddy nodded squeezing you a bit tighter. You sighed in content at the tight hug. "I.... I understand." He mumbled shoving his face into bonnie's shoulder. The bunny giggled a bit at the sudden movement.
"Good morning to you too." He whispered booping the gaurds nose. "Boop!" The bunny chuckled when Mike jumped.
Mike, on the other hand, whined at the gesture and shifted his gaze to you. You smiled at him as Freddy protectively squeezed your hand.
You gasped in surprise when Freddy slung ypu over his shoulder starting to walk to the main stage. "Freddy... What's happening right now?" Said bear sighed at the question, though understanding your confusion.
"I'll explain to you someday. For now i want you and Mike to get some sleep." He smiled taking you into the break room. "It's not that easy to trust you at night." You giggled a bit, though you frowned when Freddy looked at you, clearly sensing genuine fear.
"I'm sorry [Y/N]." He answered laying you down on the couch as Bonnie walked in with the already asleep Mike. You giggled at the sight. "How did you manage that?"
Bonnie grinned. "I have my ways. Including lullaby's." He winked at you placing the man on a separate couch.
"Please [Y/N] we won't hurt you." Freddy explained squeezing your hand again. You sighed. "I... don't know Freddy." You mumbled. "We'll leave the room okay? I want to be able to earn your trust again." He smiled. You sighed again but nodded. "Goodnight [Y/N]."
And so you dozed off.
