Prologue

I've always watched you from afar. Always wanted to be near you but stayed away. Always wanted to make you smile and wipe that frown from your face. Always wanted you to notice me but I stay hidden. I am unworthy of being around you, but still, I want you to want me.

I was around 9 years old when I first saw him, he caught my attention from the first glance but I didn't talk to him.

I was crying again, just like any other day until he came to me and made me feel better. I had the biggest crush on him since then.

I never felt good about myself, and Renae and her friends just made me feel worse. He stood up for me though, told me how great I was and I started to believe him. We quickly became friends and it was the best time of my life.

Renae came back and threatened me, told me to stay away from him or else she'd make my life a living hell. If I'd known better back then I wouldn't of stayed away.

Because without him, my life was a living hell.
